Geschockt über unprofessionelle Mitarbeiter

Die Lage

Cons:

Wir kennen diese Unterkunft seit mehreren Jahren und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Leider hat die Qualität inzwischen deutlich nachgelassen.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig – im Bad läuft beim Duschen Wasser aus, und auf den Matratzen befanden sich sogar Urinflecken. Noch schlimmer war jedoch die fehlende Einhaltung der Hausordnung. Bis 2:30 Uhr nachts wurde über und neben unserem Zimmer laut gefeiert, geschrien sowie Flaschen und brennende Zigarettenkippen in den Vorgarten geworfen.

Die Krönung war die Reaktion der Rezeption: Trotz unserer Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen wurde nichts unternommen. Man teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Mitarbeiterin nachts nicht da gewesen sei und die Gäste ohnehin bald abreisen würden. Eine derart unprofessionelle Reaktion ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Pros:

Wir wählten es wegen der Lage aus.
Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht, dass das Studio früher bezugsbereit war.
Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Das Konzept sieht vor, keine Klimaanlagen zu haben.
Bei über 40° wäre es schon gut wenigstens einen Ventilator im Studio zu haben.
Oder an der Decke einen befestigt wäre um die heisse Luft ein bisschen raus zu schaffen.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung und eigentlich direkte S-Bahn-Verbindung Richtung Zentrum.

Cons:

Wir kommen regelmäßig ein- bis zweimal pro Jahr in dieses Hotel. Und seit Jahren gibt es immer irgendwo Schienenersatzverkehr Richtung Treptow. Das ist natürlich kein Verschulden des Hotels. Trotzdem wäre es schön, wenn das S-Bahn-Netz endlich mal wieder DDR-Niveau erreichen würde.

If you don't need to be in the centre, this is an extremely comfortable apartment.
Pros:

This was one of the most comfortable and spatious Apartment, I have stayed in. Very cosy and very well equipped. I wish I had to stay more nights there.

Cons:

The location is quite off the centre, but that is reflected in the price.
