Pros:

I was there for a business trip, the hotel was very comfortable and wifi very stable. Meeting rooms were good, the food was good but not great

Pros:

さすが5つ星のホテルで、部屋も広く、清潔に保たれており、快適に過ごせました。ただ、敷地が広いため、カートでの移動を強いられ、少し不便に感じました。それ以外は、大満足です。また、出張に行く際は、利用したいです。

客の立場に立った対応ができるよう従業員を教育してほしい
Pros:

　フロントのある建物と別の建物にバギーカーで案内された。荷物の積込みが大雑把で運転も乱暴で荷物が落ちそうになった。停車させ荷物も積み変えさせた。
　別の建物に着いた後、結構長い距離を歩いた先の部屋の空調が効かなかったので、技術者を呼んで見てもらった。結局修理できずフロントのある建物の部屋に変えてもらった。この間往復の移動を含め約３０分。長旅で疲れている身には大変辛かった。フロントで対応した職員は、変更後の部屋の鍵を受け取る際に、英語で文句を言っても一切謝らず、苦笑いをしていた。恐らく英語が出来ない新人なのだろうと思われる。
　比較的高級なホテルにしては最低の対応であったので、このホテルには二度と宿泊したくない。

Utterly friendly comfort
Pros:

I spent 3 nights/4 days recently and it was wonderfully relaxing. The pool was a welcome respite from the Naypyitaw heat and the gym was well stocked with equipment. Throughout the hotel the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a small problem with my laptop and Mr Zin Ko at Reception even called Yangon to speak to a techie about my issue. With his help my laptop was in use again and I was very grateful. I found all the staff went the extra mile and everyone wore a smile. One of the girls at Reception had a birthday and went around giving everyone chocolates. Before long all the guests were smiling too!

Great hotel in Naypyitaw.
Pros:

It was quite a good stay in Naypyitaw.
Room was very clean.
Breakfast was okay.

But no bathrobe in the room.
