I would not stay there again :(
Pros:

One of 3 receptionists was ok. We got 2nd floor ( I asked 1st ot 2nd) Breakfast was ok. The hotel is placed in very down town some less than100m from lake promenade. The place belongs to nearby Astoria hotel, there is reception desk and breakfast. Due to very rude night male receptionist we didn't try other meals.

Cons:

We didnt get room I booked but other room where A/C is blowing on pillows so for 2 nights we slept turned heds to legs. The room 202 was very small. 2h after I complained that staying in the room with A/C on blowing on pillows was impossible , outside was 29C and so humid the night attendant became so aggresive telling me to open windows and to come tomorrow, he picked phone said he works here and no time for me, that was around 23:30h. But when I arrived he took my hand, was way too friendly , all situation was not comfortable, at least. I thought he will kick me out :(
Tomorow I complained, the lady was nice but just said no other room is avaliable. 3rd day I saw someone is moving 2 doors away , I checked a room- that was the room I booked!! There were italian couple ( we are oldies), I asked for this room said i booked this one so we got it.
The day after someone came to our room and turned heating on 30C as a revenge!
All tretman was totaly unaceptable. No even "I'm sory we did mistake" but revenge instead. We didnt eat in restaurant after that incident.
Breakfast lady was one for whole big place, was terrible bussy, she wiped table and textile covered chairs with the same cloth :( and even offered us to seat on damp chair!! No real milk but from powder :(
Toillet was not cleaned in the morning from previous night, obviously they were short with staff.
My Mom is 100% disabled ( EU disability card) receptionist copied it said we will go local tax back later - we never got it!
