Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Location, breakfast and mostly the excellent service from all the staff especially Iacopo at reception, nothing was too much of an ask. Iacopo was very professional, helpful and polite and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you!!

Brilliant budget stay inc breakfast!
Pros:

Loved the decor of the hotel itself! Really lovely staff who were all very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the street came through so clear it was like the window was open (which I double checked several times)

Qualche miglioria è necessaria
Pros:

Buona colazione, varia, con un po' tutto dal dolce al salato. Staff gentilissimo dalla reception, al bar, alla sala. Posizione centralissima con vista parziale del lago, comoda a tutto. Pulizia della camera ottima.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione della camera pessima se non addirittura assente, ascensore fuori servizio, materasso da cambiare a breve, spazio fisico per farsi un bidè improponibile. A livello strutturale la camera necessita di una rimodermata.
