Kein Parkplatz ... Hunde nicht umbedingt erwünscht. Küche nicht vorhanden im Sinne des heutigen standart . Jegliche aktivita wird zum Fitness Training ink. Auto beladen U d entlehren . Deshal wird das vollkommen Uberheitzte Haus auch sehr unangenehm .. Stiegenhaus

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, dentro il centro storico di Spello da dove si godeva un panorama stupendo e la signora Margherita top!

Cons:

L'unica nota stonata la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della struttura, essendo dentro il centro storico le strade sono strette ed è difficile entrare! Però c'è un parcheggio poco distante!

The dream of the Italian village
Pros:

Too much, I love it there is a. Small garden outside and u can chill and enjoy the night view. City centre spello is just few mins walk for food and wine, sight seeing sunset and sunrise , has a bench to lay on. Host was very kind and only one person working as so please be patience , has parking as well, has a hair dryer & hot water bed is cozy and very soft. Had a good sleep!

Posizione unica, proprietaria impareggiabile, qualche cosa da "aggiustare" nelle dotazioni
Pros:

Struttura in uno dei punti più alti e con migliore vista di Spello.
La signora Margherita, che la gestisce da molti anni, ha una carica e una simpatia coinvolgenti.

Cons:

L'arredamento della nostra stanza era un po' datato e con qualche "acciacco". La pulizia però era senza pecche. E poi la simpatia e la disponibilità della proprietaria hanno ridimensionato questo aspetto.
