had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
A special thank you to Ms. Seher at the reception. She was exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. Her warm smile, professionalism, and willingness to assist made the check-in process smooth and made me feel truly valued as a guest. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience.

I stay at this hotel whenever I come to Istanbul. Once you've experienced this hotel, you can't go anywhere else. The cleanliness, comfort, and service are top-notch, and most importantly, the staff are always smiling and ready to help.
Honestly, everything was perfect, especially the breakfast. I'd like to thank Ms. Sahar, who handled the booking and handed the room to the guest as quickly as possible. I also thank the reception staff in the evening.
