Es war trotzdem schöne Zeit miteinander
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal an der Tür war sehr hilfsbereit, wir waren mit ihrem Service sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer und waren insgesamt fünf Personen. Mit der Sauberkeit und den Handtüchern gab es keinerlei Probleme.

Cons:

Leider sind im Zimmer unserer Freunde eingekaufte T-Shirts und Pistazien (Antep fıstığı) verschwunden. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber die Sachen konnten nicht gefunden werden.

Mein Freundin war darüber sehr traurig, aber das Hotelpersonal hat versucht, ihn mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zu trösten.

Muy mala , no volvería ni gratis , no puede ser esa su valoración de 4 estrellas
Pros:

El desayuno tenía poca variedad de fiambres , faltaban frutas , deberían estar cortadas o en ensensalada. La ubicación es buena porque está cerca de la plaza Taskim y de la calle de comercios , pero las cuadras para caminar hasta el hotel tienen un pésimo aspecto, sucias e inseguras.

Cons:

Lo antes dicho. La tarjeta de entrada a la habitación siempre funcionó mal, tuvimos q pedir jabón porque no lo reponían , los frascos de shampu y acondicionador de la ducha estaban vacíos, al quejarnos repusieron la última noche de alojamiento ( fueron 4 noches las que nos alojamos) La colcha de una de las camas estaba rota . Los funcionarios no hacían esfuerzos por entender los reclamos!
