Good views and location
Pros:

The view is wonderful also the location is very good. I like on of the staff there(check in guy). he was so understanding

Cons:

The water cut out in the middle of my shower, which was pretty annoying. I also ended up getting charged for the water in the room. which I thought was included. The service was mixed: the guy at check in was wonderful, he was so understanding and professional, but the woman at checkout was highly unprofessional. She demanded a positive rating in a bossy, commanding tone, which is no way to speak to a paying guest.

Totul a fost perfect!
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si diversificat iar in privinta personalului sau a serviciilor , totul a fost foarte bine si personalul foarte prietenos . Domnul de la receptie si domnul care se ocupa de curatenia in camera au nota 10+ . Prosoapele se schimbau zilnic .

Cons:

Pot sa spun ca as avea ceva ce nu mi-a placut si anume faptul ca a fost un pic cam inghesuita camera tripla si in ceea ce priveste pozitionarea hotelului nu pot sa spun ca am fost foarte incantati .Zona este intr-adevar linistita dar este un pic izolat si putin mai departe de piata .

Excelente alojamiento
Pros:

Todo en general fue perfecto. Fueron muy amables en todo momento. Limpieza de las habitaciones, nos llevaron agua cada día , estuvieron atentos en el desayuno y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema. Es una excelente elección para una familia con niños.

Cons:

No hubo nada que fuese negativo.

Séjour correct grâce à une chambre spacieuse, mais décevant à cause d’un service lent et d’un personnel peu accueillant.
Pros:

La chambre était bien spacieuse vue pas mal

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas souriant , ni bonjour ni bonsoir, j’ai passé 5jr j’ai demandé le papier hygiénique et de l’eau il fallait attendre 1h pour les avoir et finalement il arrive que avec le papier hygiénique

Pros:

We hadden geen ontbijten genomen bij het boeken maar mochten we toch elke ochtend genieten van het ontbijt het was echt een top verblijf schone kamers top locatie

Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem Personal,
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist hervorragend – man erreicht die Innenstadt und die Istiklal-Straße bequem zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und das Housekeeping-Personal war besonders freundlich. Jeden Tag wurde gründlich geputzt, aufgeräumt und frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fair, daher kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft das Wasser im Zimmer. Im Kühlschrank standen Wasserflaschen, jedoch war nicht klar gekennzeichnet, dass diese kostenpflichtig sind. In anderen Hotels gibt es dafür meist eine Preisliste, was hier gefehlt hat. Zudem ist der Preis für das Wasser recht hoch.
Außerdem war das Frühstück zwar am ersten Tag gut, aber es fehlte an Abwechslung, sodass es auf Dauer etwas eintönig wurde.

It's centrally located and 5 minutes walk to Taksim square.The housekeeping staff are good.

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small. No irons in the entire hotel. Breakfast was the same All the 3 days of our stay. Only boiled eggs and no other egg dish options. The Bathroom light is dim.
