Worth to stay
Pros:

Beautifully decorated hotel, in a great location to enjoy the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is rich and delicious and the staff there is very polite and kind. Great choice.

Huone oli siisti, perus huone. Aamupala aika suppea, mutta tuotteet olivat hyvät. Kaunis hotelli, sijainti toimiva.

Cons:

Hotelliin kirjautuessa vastaanottovorkailija oli tyly, ei kertonut hotellista tai palveluista mitään. Ei ohjeistanut missä aamupala ym. Oli vain kiinnostunut takuumaksusta. Tuli olo, että en kelpaa asiakkaaksi hotelliin.

Comfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

Clean comfortable room, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely bathroom.
Excellent breakfast with attentive staff. Plenty of gluten free options which is a necessity rather than choice. Location was very good, easy access to good bars and restaurants. A great stay.

Cons:

Despite our room being along a carpeted corridor and our best efforts to knock the snow off our boots outside we still ended up taking grit and snow into the room. We could have done with a tray to put our boots on. I suppose this was the time of year problem as there was a lot of snow around.

The hotel’s common areas were noticeably dirty, which immediately created a negative first impression. Unfortunately, the service did not improve the experience. The front desk staff (Kata Kärki) was inflexible and unwilling to accommodate even reasonable requests.

For a hotel in this price range, the basic standards of cleanliness and customer service did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel for business travel, as the level of service does not justify the cost.

Mukava kokemus ketjuhotelleitten jälkeen.
Pros:

Aamupalatarjonta oli suppeahko, mutta riittävä. Myöhäisen aamiaisajankohdan vuoksi kaikkea ei enää olut tarjolla. Huone oli iso ja rauhallinen. Pyyhkeet aivan huippulaadukkaita.
