Rude and impolite staff, terrible breakfast

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff Were rude , unprofessional,and showed no concern for guests!the breakfast was very pior Quality,with limites variety and almost no replenishment.even while still destes , we were pressured to leave at 10:00 am . They even refused to serve a simple coffee because the time had passes by just one minute ! I witnessed the same treatment with other guests.to make matters worse,they turned off the lights and starter vaccuming to force people out, which is completely unacceptable!the air conditioning does not work properly,very cold!there is no assistance with the luggage!we request a taxi to the airport and was told it would arrive in 3 minutes ! After waiting 25 minutes and risking missing out flight , i had to call an Uber myself ! Without a doubt , this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . I don’t recomendo it!

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Hotel sehr nahe beim Zentrum

Cons:

In der Nacht hielten immer wieder Busse vor dem Hotel und liessen die Motoren laufen. Das hörte ich gut.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen sekä laadukas.
Huone oli mukava ja sopiva kokoinen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Netti oli hidas/ei toiminut huoneessa.
Aamiaishuoneeseen/ravintolaan liian ahtaasti sijoiteltu pöytiä ja liikaa ihmisiä samaan aikaan syömässä. Erilaiset aamiaistuotteet olivat lopussa. Ehkä jokin toinen ajankohta olisi ollut miellyttävämpi ja väljempi.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room was small, but comfortable. The reception/lounge area was a nice area to sit and relax, and chat with others. The breakfast was excellent, but got busy at times. Tables took awhile to get cleaned for turnover. We stayed four nights here. On the last day, they kept our large bag for us as we took the ferry to Talliin for an overnight. We picked it up the next day on our way to the airport. That was very nice of them. Front desk staff was always very nice.

Cons:

In the comfort level room, suitcase space was limited. Very little storage area to unpack.
