It was clean and easy to get to
The front desk lady was very rude and couldn’t explain anything from the time we checked in she did nothing but made everything complicated. The rest of the staff get rid of her and this would be a good hotel

Spacious suites, clean, comfortable, great bed and shower.
For Europeans: there are no pedestrian pathways and no crossing. For Americans: no worries there is a lot of parking.

Le canapé lit pas préparé avant notre arrivée et pas assez large pour être confortable pour 2 personnes. Le matelas était aussi pas très confortable.

Bathroom vanity no drain stopper and very low water pressure
Facilities and location were so wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and I loved that it had an apartment type feel to it.
It definitely could have been a little cleaner. With that being said, it was NOT gross or filthy. Dishes in the cabinet were visibly dirty and some other spots in the room definitely had not been wiped down or cleaned. The room also had a bit of a urine smell to it (I had spray in my car that cleared it up for the most part.) Also, the phone in the room did not work.

The front desk employees sit down to service you..while you're standing (awkward). Lackluster check in process, 1 was helping someone and the other just had me stand there. Aftwr waiting I decided leave and use my digital key. Unfortunately the system wasn't working. Went back to another lackluster greeting... did not feel appreciated for being a rewards member. Will look for other options next time. Hotel needs updated..
