Pros:

O hotel é agradável, limpo e organizado. O quarto era bom, o banheiro é amplo, o café da manhã é bom, a localização é boa, mas um pouco distante dos shoppings e do Passeo Carmelitas, que tem uma vida noturna bem intensa.

Cons:

FORAM DESONESTOS CONOSCO. Eles querem cobrar uma cotação de dólar própria, bem acima da oficial. na booking a conta dava USD 169,25 + 10 USD porque entramos 2 horas antes, seriam USD 180, o débito da minha conta foi de USD 203, uma diferença bem grande. Tive que sacar dólar e pagar em espécie e pedir o estorno do cartão. Os travesseiros deixaram a desejar.

Diría la ubicación por decir algo, personal amable

Cons:

Las camas de muy mala calidad , desayuno básico, limpieza a mejorar .
Ducha mala calidad y pequeña.
Sobre todo las camas pésimas, y habitación pequeña.

Pros:

Lo unico rescatable de la propiedad es la ubicacion

Cons:

Pesimas instalaciones.
Muchísima humedad, cortinas que no cierran en las habitaciones, no se puede dormir de tanta luz.
Personal poco amable.
Camada muy incomoda.
Personal de limpieza que entra, no ordena y deja la puerta abierta.
Reservas un precio en dolares y despues para cobrarte te lo quieren pasartelo a guaranies a un tipo de cambio muy alto, no quieren cobrarte en dolares con tarjeta (no lo aclaran en las condiciones).
El personal del desayuno muy mal predispuesto, en el mismo no habia nada (leche, cafe, jamón, queso) tenias que acercarte a pedirlo y te trataban de mala manera.
Pedimos leche sin lactosa y nos la negaron.
