Westwood Inn & Suites Kimball I 90

After seeing the room I asked for my money back because I didn't want to stay there, and they said no. Very very unfriendly place, pot smoking in the hallways, cranking music in the halls. Asked then to ask the neighbors to turn it down and they said no. I would like my money back. Had to leave and pay for another place because it was just easy too bad.

The owner got pissed at me when i asked for a different room. The tv didnt work and it was right next to the front desk where she was holding her screaming baby. The new room was right next door to a rap concert with a gand bang going on. There is filth all over the walls. Place is unkept. They clearly dont spend a dime unless they have to.

It’s ok. Room was good. Exterior area is looking tired.

Clean rooms, friendly staff person but absent from front desk a lot.

The hotel staff wasn't there for almost an hour to check me in, and help another guy get into his locked out room.

Well I can't write much of a review, I guess I showed up in the middle of the night, which after covid is after dark. It was Midnight l, just took a long haul on a motorcycle from home near Yellowstone going to Iowa. I it was raining and I got soaked so stopped about 30 miles away and almost booked online but I figured I'd just go pay cash.
Tried calling but no answer I figured the person working was probably napping or busy that time of night so I cruised over and went inside, noone there.

Obviously I didn't start yelling at a hotel, I even coasted my loud bike in, but it didn't matter it's loud. Sat around the lobby for quite awhile and nobody was comming, called. Heard phone ringing and noone to answer. From what I gather it would have been what I expected at that price, a decently clean yet outdated place to take a quick nap. Fine by me but after a while I felt awkward sitting there and left. To say the least I'm Glad I didnt book online.

Go down 90 about 20 or less miles to Jakes corner motel for a pleasant surprise in hospitality and attention to detail

Late arrival. Check in was nothing stellar. Room was quiet and comfortable. Tub doesn’t drain quickly and backs up for a shower.

Great place! Felt bad we woke up the baby when we checked in later. Our friend's room key stopped working in the morning, so he couldn't get back into his room even though it was well before che ckout time.
Room was nice and had the SOFTEST sheets and comforter!
Outside could use a bit of fixing, but overall a great place to stay!

Nobody there, got to use phone to let someone know your there to check in. Then friendly and clean. Just older beds, uncomfortable.

Stopped in Kimball SD which is 1/2 way to Sturgis Rally for us on way there price was good $57.00 Didn't look like much from the outside but rooms were clean and updated.
Decent LED TV WiFi and best of all Ditty's Bar and restaurant across the lot. Good bbq, breakfast and friendly service.
Came back again 2 weeks later on way home and hotel charged $87.00 asked why he just shrug his shoulders?

Very clean, comfortable family owned establishment. Rather spend my money here than at a corporate owned place anyday.

You get what you pay for. It was a place to sleep. Ice machine did not work you had to get it from the desk that was never attended you had to call them and they would come from next door

For a place to stop & rest, this place is fine & reasonably priced. Most likely wouldn’t stay more than one night though.

For a cross county road trip it was a cheap place to sleep. For the price, it served its purpose, however it was not clean. The bathroom toilet had old urine marks running down bowl to floor, hair in corners of dirty bathroom floor, no body lotion, exposed light socket in bathroom ceiling. The only pillows were covered in shams and each had a smell of either hair products or someone’s head. I asked for new cases and the worker seemed annoyed. New cases smelled like ramen noodles- not fresh laundry. Carpet had stains (pet stains?).
Pro- bed was comfy, ac worked, quiet, good location off highway for traveling.

Shower curtain was dirty, breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 to 9;30 but there was nothing put out and no staff anywhere. We left at 7:00. Also no security locks on back door, anyone could gain access!!!!!
