Pros:

5th floor was too noisy, loud cars, motorcycles,sirens all hours at night. Mattress was not that solid-squished and loud at the edges. No coffee in room. But room and furniture clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean and the room was gorgeous. The only issue I had was that the cookware supplied wasn’t sufficient. The pots stuck and there were no pans. I had to call concierge for a spatula. Btw, it did take a while to receive supplies. However, someone did come pretty quick to fix the garbage disposal.

Upon arriving early there was no early check in. Understood. However, when we returned at 4:50 pm to check into our room the issues just continued to escalate.

When we open the door to our room another guest was sitting in our room. This was an issue for my wife. A major safety concern.

We returned to the front desk with our luggage and the unexpected guest to receive another room. Waisting our 28th wedding anniversary stay.

Customers were jammed on the elevator with the cleaning crew and dolly’s.

The hallways needed vacuuming.

This was an absolute disaster experience and I won’t be staying here again. This has to be communicated to others. I wasn’t looking for an air BNB experience.

The property did not appear to be managed properly and is a welcome ground for a major safety issues to come.

Pretty nice. I’d certainly stay there again. The shower water was only warm on most days, especially the first day. It got hot one or two of my days (I was there for a week). Not a huge deal because it wasn’t cold but still. Also it’s nice there was a kitchen but there was no pan, just three pots lol, so I made my scrambled eggs in a pot 😂. But the views and staff were nice. The gym was REALLY good for a hotel/aparthotel. It was the best gym I’ve seen anywhere other than a commercial gym.

Pros:

This property is very well appointed. The suite was bright and clean, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The gym, pool, basketball court and rooftop cinema club were all excellent. The location close to metro and transit makes it very convenient for everything.

Pros:

I liked this was like a private home however the fact that they did not do housekeeping during our stay was not so great. The area is convenient to get to and from places in LA but downtown is not typically a safe and there are not walkable distance places to go eat and check out.
