Great spacious apartments hotel to enjoy family time to explore LA
Pros:

Location is good. Walking distance to Museums, last bookstore, wonderful coffee shop( Dalian’s cafe) restaurants, underground parking. Sometimes we went to Little Tokyo area and walking around, and drive to Venues beach area- that we found the most beautiful and have all capacity. We were staying 5 days. We liked the space, quality of beds, quiet area, no issues.

Pros:

The amenities and the size of the room also that it comes with pots and plates as well as cups.

Cons:

The pillows they were really uncomfortable need to update! And the sliding doors to get to the restroom that connect from the room and leaving room they were stuck and hard to close and open!
I got switched from different rooms because of that and smoke smell and the new room had the same problem with the doors.
Not cool
Also need to have some one check constantly to restock towels at the pool couldn’t find no one

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. Sheets were stained . Broken doors. Locked ourselves in bathroom couldn’t get out. The patio had someone’s eyelashes stuck to our ledge. The shades were stained with mildew . The couches were stained . Had to wipe the counters down as soon as we walked in because crumbs were on the shelves. It’s a non smoking hotel but hallways reeked of marijuana.

Pros:

Posizione e appartamento bellissimo. Vista stupenda

Cons:

Cleaning una volta ogni due settimane. Oppure a pagamento costosissimo. Pochi elettrodomestici per cucinare. Una sola pentola in cattivo stato.

Pros:

The space in the entire 2 bedroom was a plus that there was 2 restrooms a kitchen to cook the pool and courts was cool.

Cons:

they want to charge for everything! You do check in is until 4pm if you want to check in earlier it’s $150 I was told I cannot bring in a birthday ballon for my birthday one balloon! Or it was a charge!
To check out at 11am or any other time is $150
They are strict to check out at 10am!
every other hotel is check in at 3pm checkout 11am even 12am
security was rude and aggressive when kicking people out the pool at 10pm the whole outside patio to hang out closed at 10am
You can’t even sit down To get air outside after 10pm when we paid for the amenities!
my room has foot stains on the wall tape on the ceiling and dusty floors in living room the couch had stains and pots had stains the sliding up curtains had stains!
At least our beds were clean and restrooms.
