Fully recommended!
Pros:

really pleasant stay, all was as we expected. Hotel is close to Termini train station, has elevator, gr8 for families. Service is really nice. Fully recommended!

Cons:

there are a few steps before the elevator, you have to take it into consideration when you have a stroller ;)

Personal del lobby muy atentos, la señorita Sonia nos atendió muy bien y nos habló en español.
Las camas pequeñas pero cómodas y las.toallas muy limpias y buenas.

Cons:

La decoración de la habitación deberían cambiarla, no se ve ni bonita ni agradable, muy mal esos colores de las paredes,no son para una habitación de huéspedes, la mesa o estante donde estaba La neverita deteriorado.

Pros:

Det ligger hyfsat nära Termini (10-15 minuters promenad) vilket var viktigt för oss. Det är bemannat dygnet runt och personalen var mycket trevlig.

Cons:

Vår AC gick sönder inför sista natten och hann inte lagas. Men det är sånt som händer.

A Solid budget hotel. Dont expect luxury, but for the price you cant go too wrong.
Pros:

The location being close to Roma Termini aswell as a taxi rank and main tram hub makes this perfect for getting around the city while keeping away from the main hustle and bustle of tourist centers. the rooms are decent size for your money with a good shower and bidet aswell as your own safe. Staff are friendly and willing to help, and fresh towels are provided each day. The breakfast downstairs looked good and theres a small vending machine for bottled water downstairs. Access to the hotel is secure and the road its on is quiet and near amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy and transport links. There is plug sockets either side of the bed, making charging devices etc a breeze and the room stays cool throughout the day.

Cons:

the rooms are dated and a little rough around the edges, the walls are pretty grimy and i had a couple of broken tiles in the floor, however generally theyre pretty clean and perfectly fine to sleep in. English is well spoken by staff however at night less so, but service remains cheery. walls are THIN, which i think comes with the territory of older buildings but with the AC in the rooms youve got white noise and cold air at your disposal so unless guests are really loud which i didnt really experience, itll be perfectly fine. the furnishings were also a little damaged, however unless youre staying in the room a ton, it doesnt really affect the experience.
