Hotel was a little far out but Taxis cheap so no problem Only the one night as going on to Halong Bay.Ha Phong not really a place to stay

Further out than we realised, but not the hotel's fault. Staff were helpful, but fairly sure we got rorted on the minibar.

今回6階に宿泊したがwifiの入りが良くなかった。前回は5階の宿泊でほぼ問題はなかった。上の階はwifiの入りが良くないのだろうか？
部屋も5階のほうが綺麗だった。
立地的には近くにスーパーもあり良く。3度利用しているので改善してほしい。

Pros:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Großes Zimmer mit riesigem Bett aber Fußboden mit Flecken und Brandspuren. Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück für Asiaten ausgerichtet. Großer Malus: direkt vor unserem Fenster ist eine Großbaustelle - eine zweispurige Autobrücke, die direkt vor dem Hotel endet. Zum Schlafen - wenn das Licht aus ist - OK - sonst lieber nicht.

Pros:

Leider ist das Personal nicht fähig Englisch zu sprechen ausser an der Rezeption 1 oder 2 Personen die sehr schlecht als Recht Englisch sprachen. Nett u höflich sein war zu wenig wenn wir unser Anliegen das Personal gar nicht übermitteln könnten
Das Gäste WC im Empfangsbereich war ohne Toilettenpapier, Türklinken und Wasserhähne dreckig u rostig. Die Farbe von den Wänden blätterte ab. Also nie und nimmer 4 Sternen gerecht. .

조용하고 편안한 호텔
Pros:

정말 조용하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 호텔입니다.
그런데 주변에 편의점이나 식당과 같은 곳이 없어서 아쉽네요.

The basics, but nothing more.
Pros:

For the cost, a serviceable place to say if you need to overnight in Hai Phong. The overall appearance is worn and dingy, with stains and scuff marks everywhere. Room reeked of smoke but was clean. Staff had very minimal English, which is not necessarily a problem, just be prepared. Don't be fooled by the "spa" next-door - though it was an interesting experience!

Pros:

It was a very relaxed break from Hanoi. Loved the floral areas along the main road. Overnight stay did not give us enough time to enjoy this city.
