Nice hotel and close to the train station, but a bit tricky to get across the street.

Location was good, but a bit tricky getting to the hotel from the train station.

Great location and staff; a little pricey; compact room
Pros:

I had a lovely 2-night stay here over Easter 2026. Perhaps because it was Easter, it was quite pricey.

It is in a great location, beside Seoul station, and beside some bus stops with buses to the airport (and lots of other places).

The room was lovely, with a partial view to the North. It was a bit compact, but not problematic.

There were three elevators, but it often seemed to take quite some time to get from one floor to another. Not a problem, but noteworthy.

The breakfast was nice.

No executive lounge, but we were given some vouchers to use at the bar. This was very nice.

The check-in/reception staff were excellent.

I'd stay again, but hopefully at a cheaper rate.

Great location
Pros:

Excellent location, near lotte department store,KTX and metro.

Cons:

Quite noisy, the wall is too thin. I can hear people closing the door when they leave their room from 5am

Great hotel, will recommend.
Pros:

It had great amenities, spacious room and nice bidet.

Cons:

The elevator took a while to come. There should be more of them. Also, on Google map, it looked to be very close to the Seoul station but in reality, it was about 5-7 min walk with our luggage. Luckily there’s a bus stop in front.

Pros:

Cercanía a la estación

Cons:

Relación calidad-precio. Bastante caro en relación con otros hoteles de la zona. Lo único reseñable es que está prácticamente dentro de la estación, por lo demás un hotel sin más. Lo reservamos para salir temprano hacia Busán. Después de estar por la zona, no merece la pena gastar tanto.

Central location
Pros:

Central location is biggest factor and being able to access the train station very easily
Front staff impeccable and check in was seamless

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small for price, but we're paying for location
Centralised heating system typical in most korean hotels - we opened the windows slightly to get the temperature we wanted instead
