Great place to stay for a short business trip
Pros:

Great breakfast.
Very close to Seoul train station. Excellent location if you just want to spend a night in Seoul before or after a train trip.

Hyvä palvelu. Saatiin huone helposti vaihdettua, kun ilmastointilaitteet ulkopuolella pitivät meteliä. Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen

Perfect!
Pros:

Great location - very easy to get to from Incheon Airport via the subway or the airport limousine bus. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Seoul Station which was perfect. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Big room and a comfy bed with a great breakfast!

zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gute Lage zur Seoul Station mit direktem Zuhang per Fahrstuhl zum Bahnhof, Zimmer gut ausgestattet, großes Bad
Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl verschiedener Gerichte, von Müsli über Obst bis hin zu warmen Gerichten

Cons:

Die Frühstückszeit könnte noch eine Stunde länger sein, da man im Urlaub ja durchaus mal länger schläft und dann gemütlich frühstücken möchte

comodissimo alla stazione, ma anche per un soggiorno in città
Pros:

posizione perfetta vicino alla principale stazione dei treni di Seul e alla stazione della metro.
bella vista dalla camera al ventesimo piano.
sala colazione bella e scenografica e colazione ottima.
impostazione dell'albergo di tipo internazionale e non prettamente coreana.

Cons:

camera molto piccola, si fatica a trovare il posto per due valigie di dimensioni normali. al check-in personale professionale, ma molto freddo (forse sono stato sfortunato con l'impiegata del desk).

Place is really good, room is clean, food is good. But need to improve check-in staff quality.
Pros:

The room is quite small compared to the price, but it is good and clean enough. Only problem is that the bathtub is put outside, not comfortable to use if I stay with others.

Cons:

The check-in staff did not help that much during the checking in. She try not to understand what I expect. For example, I booked 5 rooms for 7 people. The staff put 1 people in the room that have 2 beds, even I try to convince her, she still not understand. I took almost an hour for checking in.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno también bueno y el curto con una vista bonita.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no es muy atento, tuvimos una emergencia y no conseguimos ayuda de la chica de recepción

Ideale Lage. Von beiden Flughäfen direkt mit Airporttrain erreichbar (Soul Station).
Danach über Verbindungsgänge der UBahn in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Hotel. 👌🏼
Perfektes Koreanisches und Internationales Frühstück.
Zimmer sehr sauber und jeden Tag 2 bis 3 neue Wasserflaschen.
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonst direkt die UBahn vor der Tür oder für weitere Entfernung (zB. Busan) den Zug vor der Tür nutzen.

Cons:

Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, hört man in den Morgenstunden den Zug.
Aber es gibt Ohrstopseln am Nachtkasterl.👌🏼
