I saw bugs and ask for refund that was 5 days ago
Pros:

There bugs in the room and the owner was rude and not helpful at all . I still didn't receive the refund the owner issued. Booking .com needs to refund my money for the room I never used because it was dirty and full of bugs . I have pictures

Pros:

Guy at front desk was very pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had a good nights sleep. The only complaint is there was no shampoo and conditioner in the washroom and no facial tissues.

Pros:

I ended up not staying here because of poor inormation from the property as to getting there by public transit, and my travel rep whom I felt was trying to upsell me which I specifically asked not be done. I quickly canceled the whole thing and saved money with another better option. I had zero patience and tolerance for the nonsense.

Smelled like weed, burn holes in blankets and sheets, no hot water in sink, very littlehot water in shower had to turn off a littlebit then back on, had to clean shower myself, staff refused to bring towels or pick up dirty ones we had to bring dirty to front desk and get towels and wash clothes the phone in room didn't work spoke to front desk about it and water said they would send someone to fix it never did, we called booking and the phone call just cut off so I don't know what call did on your end. We checked out Wednesday evening couldn't do another night just awful

The place just seemed undesirable as soon as I pulled in the parking lot, but I stayed with my reservation anyway got put in the back of the motel which I felt unsafe do not recommend this place
