Pros:

J'ai bien aimé l'accueil du personnel, simple et sympathique. Ainsi que la petite attention du papier toilette plié (très mignon).

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner, mais un peu trop simple.

Value for money, great for stop over and just for sleeping, great receptionist staff.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy, just like the photos, quite comfortable, the receptionist are very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Small room, the room isn't soundproof enough, because we can hear people talking from outside the room.

Just Grand.
Pros:

This lovely old hotel was very conveniently placed for our arrival and departure by train. The station area in Angers is bright and modern and well placed for visits to the local sights, with good connections by public transport to anywhere in town you want to go (although most of it is walkable).
Our room was large and high up. It was clean and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable and the area quiet.
There is 24 hour reception, which is welcome, and every member of staff we encountered was pleasant, courteous, accommodating and professional.
Others have complained about the lift only starting at the first floor but we did not find this an inconvenience.
Being able to leave our luggage after checkout was very convenient, thanks.

Cons:

The only real public area seemed to be the breakfast room; it would have been nice to be able to get a drink as there were no facilities in the room.
Our room was a little stuffy through the night, despite it being March/April and cold outside at night.
