Pros:

We received a lovely welcome at the hotel and it's one of the best we've stayed in. Comfortable room, well appointed and the restaurant served great breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is also in a great location.

Lugar , super localizado , ficamos em dois tipos de quarto , o luxo e o standard com vista parcial x ambos muito bons , Mas o luxo com varanda para o mar e especial ! Super indico esse! Pessoal da recepção nota 10 . Todos eles ! Restaurante e café da manhã também muito bom ! Pena que só ficamos 2 noites lá !

Hotel was very good but parking in Rapallo was the most expensive ever. A minimum of 34 euros per 24 hr period. No discount from the hotel.

Helt fantastiskt! En utav våra bästa reseupplevelser. Personalen var 10/10. Underbart bemötande av hela upplevelsen och vistelsen på hotellet.
Vi hade dessutom fördelen att få ett helt fantastiskt rum med utsikt mot havet. Kunde inte blivit bättre!

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le seul petit bémol est sur la propreté du sol de la chambre qui visiblement venait d'être refaite à neuf et le sol était poussiéreux à cause des travaux.
Excellent séjour, de plus le personnel de l'accueil parlait très bien français !

We spent eight beautiful days in Rapalo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times room was beautifully decorated and met our expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and couldn’t say enough about the staff. Dinner was just OK at the restaurant. A bit overpriced for what we were served overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.
