Amazing views from the top. Bed was so comfy!
The noise when the windows were open. It was really hot at the top of the building so had to have them open .. but that couldn’t be helped in the middle of a busy city!
Great view
We arrived late and could not enter the building using the code provided in the self-check-in message, so we had to call the hosts.
The Wi-Fi password also did not work. I think both the entrance code and the password were changed, but the instructions were not updated.
The apartment is very run-down and not comfortable at all.
For some reason, there are no tea cups, only very small espresso cups, even though tea bags are provided.
The lighting in the bathroom is also strange. It turns off automatically and only turns on when it detects movement, so when you are sitting on the toilet, you have to move from time to time.
Cold lighting and tiles everywhere
The view is incredible and the room was lovely and spotless. The host was kind and helpful and it’s in a great location. Highly recommended.
It was clean, tidy, and good value for money. Owner was also very helpful

Wir haben es geliebt. Die Lage (Canary Wharf), der Ausblick aus dem 20. Stock und das bequeme Bett. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Wir haben in einem sicheren Parkhaus (Isle of Dogs-South Quai parking) für £16 pro Tag geparkt (ca. 10 min zu Fuß).
Good location with easy access to Central London. Decent communication with owner. Clean.
Expensive for what it was. It lacked the personal touch. Everything was via chat and codes. Safety deposit box did not work with the code we were given. Very AirBnB. Difficult to operate the shower. We couldn’t get the overhead shower to work; only handheld.
Booking.com charged and sent me the confirmation. Then the property sent a message saying they were overbooked and that I should not be charged. I called the property and confirmed there is no availability and that Booking.com will have to refund the payment. Customer service never responded to my query.
Unreliable service. Charging for non-available accommodation.
La vista era qualcosa di spettacolare. L’host è stato davvero gentile nel farci lasciare i bagagli in camera prima del check in, era tutto pulitissimo e la posizione era perfetta. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro di Canary Wharf. Consiglio pienamente!
1. The location is perfect, right close to the station
And Canary Wharf is close to everything we needed. (I used to live around this area)
2. Check in procedure is easy.

1. The shower room is small (I’m 5’3 and my partner is 6’2 he can barely get his head wet) and light goes off but sensor barely catches you in pitch black
2. Mattress isn’t the best
Perfect location, lovely comfortable bed, welcoming host, very good value for money.
Would recommend and use again . Excellent views of London.
Everything was pretty much perfect.
2 things. Maybe slightly bigger towel and 2 of them. One for body and hair. Fan was extremely noisy. But didn't detract from our stay.
Stayed here on the first and last night of our two weeks trip in England.

Hard to find - had to go straight to work on arrival in LDN instead of going to hotel - when finished work the hotel did not respond to let me even in the building - ended up sleeping in my car, still yet to get refund and been threatened with ‘not showing up’ fee despite 30 minutes following check in instructions at the main door
The view from the room is amazing especially at night you get to see London all lit up
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Everything was fine
Very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. Windows that open.
Should be instructions in case of fire.
