Hotel is good. We’ve stayed there twice before with no issues.
Pros:

Clean and super nice staff. Room was nice.

Cons:

Did not care for breakfast selection. Out of bread for toast. Out of waffle batter. No water to drink.
AC unit made a terrible loud noise. They were able to switch our room.
Stayed 2 nights. The 2nd night, our tv was acting up and unwatchable. Beings it was our last night and we were tired when we got in, we just went to sleep. Same problem with it the next morning. Not sure what that was about. Could have been internet or wi-fi? Just reported it upon checkout and hopefully they got that fixed.

Stayed here many times — but not any more.
Pros:

I like the Fairfield brand and most of their hotels are great. We’ve stayed at this hotel annually for 5 years but that streak is over. This hotel is stuck in the past and needs some major upgrades. The TVs are tiny, the internet is slow and there wasn’t a single USB charging port in the entire room. I guess there’s one good thing about being stuck in the 1980s—the water pressure in the shower is great! But then the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain which made brushing teeth a yucky experience.

It was a hassle not having a key card.
Pros:

The check in staff member was working hard, trying his best.

Cons:

The key card system was not working so a line at check in and each time going to the room required an escort to let you in the room.

Great hotel but the WiFi was problematic
Pros:

As with most Marriott properties
, the front desk staff is always so nice and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The reason for the 3 evaluation is the WiFi access in the room. Even after speaking with their IT helpdesk, the internet access, both WiFi and cellular was non-existent. I had to work in the common area instead of in my room.

Pros:

Nice clean room, delicious well maintained breakfast. We are happy to find a hotel that is NOT pet friendly. It is getting harder to find. We will very happily stay here again and again.
