Great hotel but the WiFi was problematic

As with most Marriott properties
, the front desk staff is always so nice and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The reason for the 3 evaluation is the WiFi access in the room. Even after speaking with their IT helpdesk, the internet access, both WiFi and cellular was non-existent. I had to work in the common area instead of in my room.

Nice clean room, delicious well maintained breakfast. We are happy to find a hotel that is NOT pet friendly. It is getting harder to find. We will very happily stay here again and again.

Main door lock did not work.
Pros:

This particular Hotel is a favorite of mine. It is always clean and the staff is always polite and professional. The problem I had with this visit and I thought it was concerning...was that the main lock on the entry door did not work (Room 314) and the bathroom door lock did not work. I stayed in the room anyway due to being ill. I informed the staff upon check out and I hope the issues will be fixed for the next guest.

Last minute booking
Pros:

Booked the hotel and checked in within four hours. Everything was clean and tidy. The mattress was excellent and the pillows were good. Breakfast was fresh and supplied well despite going to the breakfast bar a half hour before it closed. Despite being quite full, the hotel was very quiet.
