Check-in was a nightmare. Stood at desk for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to desk. Sign on counter said dial 0 on phone on counter, did twice, nothing. Door to back office area was open, young man finally came out dancing with ear buds in. When looking up my reservation he asked how much Expedia charged me, then said ok that’s what I’ll charge. Told him I’ve already paid & he wanted to see proof. Once I showed him (I should have never been asked) he just gave me a key, never had me fill out or sign anything. My reservation was for 2 queen room, which I confirmed with him. Got to room and it had one bed. Was put in another room. This young man had no clue what he was doing or didn’t care. The room and beds were surprisingly clean. Breakfast was a 1/2 loaf of bread & a partial stick of butter, container of cereal but no milk & an empty coffee pot but no cups even if it wasn’t. Not sure who owns/manages this place but they definitely need to do better.

Room was a little dinged up but no problems outside of that.

Wish it had a better breakfast. There was no one even there this morning.

Breakfast was weak, i had food

There were bedbugs on our pillow in our first room went to the front desk and asked for another room there were dead roaches everywhere in the second room went back up to the front desk and asked for a refund the personnel at the desk proceeded to say the bug we showed him wasn’t a bedbug (I know what a bed bug looks like) sucks we’re heading back to Iowa from Yellowstone drove 11 1/2 hours and now we’re just driving the rest of the way home

Upon arriving at this property. We did not stay because of property conditions. I asked for a refund at the front desk (that we have not recieved). We left looking for cleaner, safer accommodation.

Do Not Book! This property is CLOSED. Took over 2 hours to get refunded and another room in a different town after driving an hour out of the way

I have no idea how this place had a 8.0 rating. This is 1 or 2. Carpets were filthy, some of the bedding was stained. Seriously, just burn the place down, it was that bad.

Hotel is abandoned.

Hotel was closed by city due to fire regulations, and was not notified. Just hoping to get my money back now.

Pulled in to a dark parking lot. No cars. No lighs. No motel. It’s closed. I booked and paid for one night. There was construction materials in lobby looked thru front door. Please please take off your website. The worst hotel stay or should I say NONSTAY EVER. had to drive over 30 miles to find a room for the night. Which wasn’t great. I’ll list one thing only. Too much wrong to write. There were NO DOOR KNOBS ON ANY ROOM They took them off. Lovely night just lovely

The hallway was very dirty. We walk into the room and there was a dirty washcloth on the bathroom counter. We pulled the sheets back on the bed, and there was a longer black hair on the sheet that you lay on. The continental breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread with a jar of peanut butter With a knife stuck in the jar. Also two containers with cereal. very unappealing.

The clerk walked out to us with no bra on, barefoot, not friendly, called because i forgot some items in the room, very rude, yelling unfriendly. When we went to the room, you push the fur and it opened rugby up. Bathroom dirty, shower slimey, horrible experience

As soon as we opened the door a dog came running up to us. Thankfully, we like dogs so it's wasn't a big deal but not everyone does. Then the lady at the front desk starts showing us her feet because it was hot and they were swollen. It was hot but still weird. Then she tells us to hold on a minute. We were standing there waiting for a good 10 minutes thinking she still needed something. She starts petting her dog and I ask her if we're good and she just says, "Oh, yeah". The breakfast area was some cabinets just placed in the hallway. There was only cereal, toast, and coffee. We get down to our room and the gentleman comes out because he had just turned on the air-conditioning. It had been 104°F. It was the ground floor and there were only shear curtains on the window. There was only one working light. One of the pillows didn't have a pillow case. When my husband went to ask for a pillow case they said they would bring it to the room. They did bring it to the room but then the guy tried looking passed my husband to see into the room. There was what looked like major mold on the wall behind the toilet as well. Unfortunately, that was the only hotel that we knew of in that town and we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Not great but we have had to sleep in worse places. The staff seemed friendly enough. Just not very professional.

The place stinks, from the hall into the room. There was hair in the bathtub. The towels and bedding are worn out. The chairs have stains on them. I would not have stayed here but for the fact the ac in my camper did not work in the 105 degree heat. I did not sleep well and was out the door before 6 AM.

This property was dirty from the front door to the room and within. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed in quite awhile. There were hairs and buggers in the bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane and didn’t actually cool the room off until 3:00 in the morning. The room was sweltering hot.
Would never recommend this place.

I don't think the sheets were clean. There were hairs when we pulled the sheets back that weren't ours.
