TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay

Nice hotel and was very clean. Front desk person was extremely professional and welcoming. The evening security person could have been friendlier though. But my stay was a 5 out of 5. I have stayed here a few times and am always pleased. Overall a very solid choice.

Location

This Marriott has a great location on the way to Cape Cod located at the junction of RT195 and RT 495. It's convenient to two shopping centers two minutes down the road with Target, Walmart, Wendys, Red Robin and Longhorn Steakhouse. The hotel is very clean and has plenty of parking. A big shout out to Cynthia who is incredibly professional and caring. I watched her multi task while waiting to check in. She warmly greeted every guest and is a credit to this hotel. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated.

We came here for my daughter’s birthday weekend and had such a great time. The rooms are really nice and spacious! The pool was fun. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Loriann and Cynthia for making my daughter’s birthday experience memorable!

We stayed at TownPlace Suites for a lengthy amount of time due to our home being renovated, so we got to know the hotel and staff really well.. and what wonderful people. Wendy, Cynthia, Joe, Emery greet everyone with a smile and are so helpful. The housekeeping staff Sabra, Magda, Wendy kept everything clean and were so friendly. Donna T anf the laundry staff held it down keeoing up with linens and helped others when they could. The kitchen staff Lori was a personal favorite of my children, they loved her. They keep everything stocked and clean. Matt the manager was also helpful. thanks

Our house was without electricity so we stayed at the Townplace Suites. We were greeted warmly, and welcomed upon check-in.
Our stay was very nice, our room was comfortable and adequate for two nights. The room was fully stocked with everything you needed. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. The only issue was the WiFi. We had alot of trouble connecting. The passwords didn’t work, which was important since I needed to work. Luckily I had my hotspot. Also, the TV streaming services like Netflix and Prime didn’t work due to network issues. The heating unit was a bit noisy when it kicked on.
Overall we were comfortable and the hotel met our needs during the power outage. It was easy to park. I would stay here again if this situation came up again.

Cynthia Wendy and Sherri were really nice inviting and made our stay nice

Forced to leave our home in the Blizzard of 2026, Cynthia went above and beyond to get us a nice room in an emergency. She fixed an issue we had with Booking.com when the reservation fid not go thru in a power failure glitch and she never gave up with incredible patience to make everything right even tho the problem had nothing to do with her or the hotel. She literally was our guardian angel in a very desperate situation and we are very grateful for her in our hour of need.

It was an amazing weekend. The hotel is immaculate and the staff treats you like family. I would highly recommend staying there!
