Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cynthia at the front desk. There was an issue with my reservation rate, but she was patient and a total in getting it corrected.

A really comfortable room, and great stay. Even the coffee in the room was decent. The staff, especially Cynthia, was really gracious and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites Buzzards Bay Wareham, and one employee truly made our experience exceptional.

Lori, who works in the breakfast area, went above and beyond every morning. Even when we arrived within 15 minutes of breakfast ending, she made sure everything was fully stocked so no one missed out. She never made us feel rushed and always greeted us with a warm smile.

She was especially kind to my boys and took the time to chat with us, offering great recommendations for things to do around the area. Seeing her friendly, welcoming face each morning was a wonderful way to start our day.

The rest of the hotel staff was also welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but Lori's outstanding customer service deserves special recognition. She truly made us feel at home.

We highly recommend staying at TownePlace Suites Buzzards Bay. The excellent hospitality from Lori and the entire staff made our family vacation even more enjoyable.

We stayed in Wareham Ma. Cynthia is a gem! She was kind, and informative and just a great human! When you’re treated with such positive energy , it really makes your stay that much better!

Was traveling with my cousin and her 8 and 2 year old. Stayed a night on our way to Falmouth. Cynthia at the front desk was wonderful. Very personable AND professional. We so appreciated her getting us into a room early with the 2 year old who needed to lie down (but sadly NOT nap! :). Not sure of her name but the woman handling the breakfast the following morning was also so great and helpful. Watched her buzz about and was so kind and helpful to the busy room of parents and small kids. The hotel was also very conveniently located off the highway and near some good shops for stocking up including a GREAT Walmart. My cousins kids also enjoyed the very clean indoor pool during our stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely experience here for one of our honeymoon stops. The staff, especially Cynthia at the front desk, were so kind and went the extra mile to make us feel special and welcomed.

From the moment that we walked through the front door, we felt very welcomed and knew we made the right decision to book our stay here.

Chris the front desk clerk, was incredible. His kindness and assistance went above and beyond. We appreciated everything he did to make me and my family feel at home.
The rooms were very clean and nice; all the amenities were beyond expectation. we would definitely stay there again; it's an incredible place to stay

I called for an early check-in. Matt was amazing and made it happen. Cynthia checked us in and remembered my name for the early check in. It went off with out a hitch and they were both very pleasant. Chris answered all of our questions throughout the stay with a smile and Alec was amazing the next morning at breakfast! The staff, cleanliness, and overall experience were top notch!
