If we stop at Bourg again we would look for somewhere else.
Pros:

Unfortunately the town was in turmoil due to work on the cathedral. We drove around for over an hour trying to find the hotel. The young lady on reception was not too helpful. They did send a note on the booking about the road works, but did not mention that the post code would not work on a cars sat nav. We are elderly and did not find it too easy to activate the code on the telephone. So easy but so frustrating.

Cons:

We didn’t realise you had to park on public car spaces, which needed paying for. This did not affect us as we have a blue badge.
Luckily the cleaning trolley was in the hall. On arrival there was one towel and one untidy one. I was able to obtain 3 more towels from the trolley.
One nearly empty toilet roll on the holder plus one new one.

bon emplacement, sa literie confortable et principalement sa magnifique vue nous ont séduit lors de notre arrivée.
Cependant, nous avons très vite remarqué les lacunes de cet hôtel notamment en terme de prestations et de propreté.

Cons:

En ce qui est prestations, nous avons constaté que la télé (ridiculement petite et haute sur le mur comparée à la chambre) possédait une télécommande qui, avec un peu de chance, ne marchait qu’à moitié. Génial si vous aimez regarder un téléfilm sur la 3 un samedi soir. Tout ça accompagné de toilettes avec une chasse d’eau qui fait partir son contenant au bout de 3 activations, simple et efficace !

Pour la propreté, la classique d’un hôtel bas de gamme avec des prix d’un étoilé : le sol n’était visiblement pas nettoyé, il y avait des déchets sous le lit, une odeur d’humidité et d’égouts dans la salle de bain et j’en passe. Finalement plus proche des bidonvilles d’Île-de-France que de sisteron.

Für eine Nacht, perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Und das Gebäude ist sehr schön, es passt gut zum Burgthema.

Cons:

Es hat leider sehr fest aus dem Abfluss gestunken. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant, sodass unsere Aussicht nur so indirekt auf den Fluss / oder den Berg war.

L'emplacement est génial, situé au dessous de la Citadelle. Ils ont fait un geste commercial, ca c'était vraiment très sympa. Suite au souci du jacuzzi 😉

Cons:

Le choix au petit déjeuner et la non explication pour le jacuzzi ainsi que le nettoyage de la chambre tout les deux jours.
