Pros:

Very nice room with all mod cons (fridge, kettle, tv, loads of plugs) except for shower which was standard SE Asian style, but passable. Short walk to blue line, lots of food outside. Wonderful for short stay in Ratchada!

Cons:

Didn’t execute even a very simple request, my partner asked for a small note to be left in the room when he booked just to make me smile upon arrival as I was travelling alone, nothing was left

everything is good, just quite dusty when first came into the room. need to clean up before letting us stay. the table quite dusty. other than that everything else is fine! :)

Calling a taxi would be complicated. Better walk to MRT Exit 4 and grad a Taxi / Grab

Pros:

Good price and convenient location for my own purposes. I have been to this property few times. The facilities in the room are not exactly a state of art but it does serve the purpose.

The location was good, it is right next to MRT Sutthisan and local market

Cons:

Opened the door, and the croachroacher was running around, and the room had a lot of dust.
One of the staff members there was very rude and grumpy
