Benim için en önemli şey iletişim ve karşımdaki kişinin diksiyonudur. Diksiyonu berbat konuşmayı bilmeyen saygısız kaba insanlar vardı. Hiçbirşey beğenmedim. Çok kaba ve saygısızdılar en iyi otel olsada böyle bir iletişimden sonra hiç umrumda değil.

Cons:

Ben bir iş adamıyım,şehir dışından geldim. İş ortağımla beraber. 6 saatlik yolun ardından yorgun bir şekilde tesise ulaştık. Zaten ulaşır ulaşmaz sinirli bir bey efendi vardı. Yüzünüze bile bakmadı. Kimliğim yanımdaydı iş ortağım kimliğini almayı unutmuş. Sinirli bir ses tonuyla alamayız diye sesini yükseltti ve tartışmaya hazır bir ses tonuna geçti. Arkadaşlar bizler saygılı görmüş insanlarız. Durumu iza etmeye çalıştık. Uzun yoldan geldik v.b, hayır asla konaklayamazsınız diye tartışma moduna geçtiler. E devletten bütün belgelerimizi barkodlu bir şekilde vermeyi teklif ettik ve kimlik fotografımız yanımızda dedik. Hayır asla dediler. Dedim tamam o halde rezervasyonumu iptal edin başka bir otele geçeyim. Biz yapamayız booking ile görüşeceksiniz dedi. Tamam dedim ben ücretsiz iptal için işlem başlatayım lütfen kabul edin dedim. Kaçamak cevaplar vererek tamam dediler. Başka bir otele geçtik e devletten belge ile kabul ettiler. Ücretsiz iptal için istek gönderdim Red ettiler. Paramı geri ödemeler. 2 kere otel parası ödemek zorunda kaldım. Hem saygısızlar hemde aç gözlüler, turizmde böyle işletmeler olmaması gerekiyor. Eğer konaklayamıyorsam ben sana saygı duyuyorum o zaman rezervasyonu iptal et konaklamadıgım bir otel için ücret alma. Bu kadar aç gözlü olmaya gerek yok. Empati yapmalarını istedim. Ama çok paraya ihtiyaç var sanırım. Ben hatamı biliyorum keşke kendi kaliteme göre bir otele gitseydim. Sadece iş için kullanacağımız için böyle bir otel tercih ettik. Bir daha asla !!! Kimseye tavsiye etmem. Benim için otel konforundan daha önemli şey diksiyon ve saygıdır. Aşırı saygısızca davranan bir personel yada otel sahibi. Yaşadıklarımı samimi bir şekilde anlattım. One of the old men is very rude on reception, rest of staff are friendly.

Too many beds in rooms, breakfast not much choice, old style single lift, no light in stairs area, 15 minutes walk from city centre.
