Hotellin henkilökunta parantunut ja panostettu muutenkin kaikin puolin hotellin eri alueisiin.
Pros:

Henkilökunnan asenne oli erinomainen, varsinkin siivoojamme ja juomakaapin hoitaja - vanha tuttu (oli kolmas kerta, kun majoituimme samaan hotelliin), sekä tarjoilijat. Huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa, merinäköalalla, sekä muutenkin hienot maisemat ja intiimi parveke, joka tarjosi yksityisyyttä.

Cons:

Kahvila alueen tarjoilijat voisivat panostaa enemmän asiakaspalveluun, eikä toistensa viihdyttämiseen. Edellisellä kerralla oli erinomainen palvelu kahvineen ja silloin palvelleen naisen kera. Nyt ei kiinnostanut mennä enään uudestaan, vaikka oltiin yhdeksän vuorokautta.

Nachts konnte man schlecht schlafen, da die Musik auf den Straßen bis 2 Uhr morgens extrem laut ist. Zumindest trifft das für die Zimmer Richtung Mall of Side zu.

Pros:

Szép, kényelmes szálloda, nagyon jó helyen, közel a vásárlási lehetőségekhez, közel Sidehez. Az ellátás kitűnő, egész nap lehet valahol ételt találni. A tengerpartra kis golfkocsi szállít, de gyalog is csak 5-6 perc séta. A part finomhomokos. A parton sok napozóágy, zuhany és étkezési lehetőség van. A medencék hőfoka meleg, de még frissítő. A szálloda alkalmas egy pihentető vakációra. A recepción Baha és Gökhan segítőkészek.

Cons:

Az All Iclusive ellátás keretében reggel lehetne többfajta gyümölcslé. Mi a lobby bárból vittünk magunknak ice teát.

Amazing clean property, super clean!
Good tasty food and excellent attentive staff!
Beach is also amazing. Sandy and a shuttle which is available every 5 mins and takes less than 2 mins to get there!

Cons:

Would be better if their was more diffident food each day!
