Pros:

Convenient location, easy fast check in and check out, good breakfast, good dinner, comfortable bed and nice fluffy towels.

Cons:

Strong, almost overpowering air freshener scent in the room - a pleasant fragrance, but really, really strong - needed to leave the door open to vent the room a bit. Shower rose very basic and not lux - even though there's decent water pressure the shower was just 'adequate'.

Perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

Fantastic location, across from the lake and easy to get to shopping. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a fantastic size, we stayed in a family room.

Cons:

Little bit bit more expensive than what I would normally pay.

Lovely weekend in Shepparton for basketball tournament but unfortunately we were too busy with team commitments to fully
Pros:

Secure parking, fantastic location, pool, gym & the view! Spacious bathroom with lots of shelf space around the sink.

Cons:

Mattress very soft. We prefer a firm mattress.

Favourite accommodation in Shepparton, we have already booked our next stay!
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom! Clean, comfortable and had all the essentials! Daily housekeeping was great!
Plenty of accessible parking, especially for bigger cars / utes!
Friendly reception and easy, fast check in / check out.
Great location, walking distance to the park, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Our aircon was leaking water so the carpet was damp / wet smell but was quickly addressed which was great.
There was a function on downstairs which was very loud on a Sunday night.

The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was clean. Restaurant and breakfast were great. Coffee was excellent

Pros:

Clean hotel with a nice pool and gym

Cons:

We checked in late and there was only one spare pillow, surely in a double room with two guest you would accommodate for both by providing 2 pillows, the one on the bed was completely inadequate

The hotel was nice but we don’t feel very welcome .
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes at reception before anyone arrived to serve us. I had to call the phone numerous times before the receptionist came. She did apologise for being on the phone to her sister. We then went to the gym for a quick workout after 9 hours in the car. We were asked how long we were going to be because they wanted to close the gym. The hours of the gym were 6am to 9pm. This was at 6.05pm.
