The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Bathroom facilities were good. Car parking was good. I was disappointed that the room did not have a toaster. There was no cloth for washing dishes but a tea towel was provided. Microwave provided but no cutlery was there if you did heat meals in it. Minor points but something to think about. The bed was very comfortable!
Friendly staff who did a good job of daily house keeping. Very slight negatives were the pool being a small walled in enclosure without a sun lounge (there are a few seats though) and there was a slightly strange smell in my room when I arrived that I eventually worked out was from exhaust fumes due to vehicles reversing into parking spots and the door having a bit of gap beneath it (I felt a slight breeze even with the door closed due to the windy weather and then when the car reversed into the spot next to mine was briefly hit by the smell of fumes I'd originally noticed and could finally identify), I'd seen one or two places insisting on nose-in parking but this was the first time I'd experienced why reversing in is bad. Located with several fast food options nearby it was a pleasant flat walk to the centre of the city.
I stayed at this property for about a week for my holiday. It is 20 minutes from almost all major attractions. It was clean, the staff so very kind and helpful, and so close to supermarkets and other food chains. The TV had great options and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying with them for my next trip to Bundaberg.

For a delux room, I thought it was a real let down! I have stayed in cheaper accommodation with the same services for a much lower rate. Totally unexpected for a deluxe room
