Staff were incredibly kind and caring. Room was brilliant, I was here to support family member in John Hunter and thoroughly recommend it as a carer's accommodation for the kind and caring nature of the staff, its facilities and close proximity to the hospital.
Very conveniently located
It would be good to have a power outlet close to the desk so that a computer charger could reach it. The outlet in room 21 is approximately 2.5 m from the desk
Staff very helpful and room clean and comfortable
Hum in room that came and went. Possible a AC unit nearby.
Close to coffee shops for breakfast , bed was comfy
Staff weren't particularly helpful originally, no where for my elderly father to sit, rooms weren't ready at check in time, tv turned on on its own in the middle of the night.
room and dinner
More coffee and milk
I was a little worried when I saw the hotel entrance was just a door from the footpath.
My fears were allayed when I met Craig who showed me around - reception on the ground floor, bistro on 1st floor and rooms on the second.
The carpark is around the back of the hotel and then easy access to the lift to our room.
The bistro is literally just through a door and it was very vibrant and busy.
The room was very clean and the beds were excellent.
Nothing to complain about.
Staff were friendly
Food at pub was great
The location was central for our needs as well as easy to access. The room was comfortable and clean. Thanks for having us stay.
Nothing of note.
The pillows were old flat and uncomfortable.
The staff across the venue were all brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Karen even gave us a personal tour on check in. The room was tastefully decorated, decent size and the drapes were pretty good at blocking light in the morning.
Nothing really, if I had to say something then it would be that the pillows were flat- but seriously, literally nothing
The lovely nature of the staff, they took the time to give us a tour of the facilities and made our JHH experience as good as it possibly could be.
