Average pub stay.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. Room was comfortable and quiet (Tue-Thurs). Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities were good. Basically as described.

Cons:

Hotel generally smells a bit smoky coupled with a strong smell of deodoriser.

A man was working on our window for over an hour in the morning while we were looking straight at him 2 metres away from bed (clearly aware we were inside). Lady (manager?) knocked twice and then immediately barged into our room (then tried to explain she got our check out day wrong). Lack of concern for our privacy and was an issue for us.

Nice place nice people, would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean neat tidy had good aircon.

Cons:

There’s no general shops (to try and prevent from having to eat out all the time).

Staff were incredibly kind and caring. Room was brilliant, I was here to support family member in John Hunter and thoroughly recommend it as a carer's accommodation for the kind and caring nature of the staff, its facilities and close proximity to the hospital.

Cons:

It would be good to have a power outlet close to the desk so that a computer charger could reach it. The outlet in room 21 is approximately 2.5 m from the desk
