My bed was so hard so didn't get a great sleep however I know that is personal preference.

Cons:

Have previously stayed on the lowest level - no issue with noise. This time we stayed on the second level and the noise was terrible from the carpark, other rooms and from the nearby pub.

Overall, I was impressed with our room & would definitely stay there again. Great value.
Pros:

Fantastic location in close walking distance to many of the cafes, restaurants, boutiques & curios in Albany. The room was spotless and has everything you would expect in a small-town hotel. The room had recently been updated & refurbished all was very comfortable, such a lovely surprise!

Cons:

Given the room uplift I would think the next step would be to overhaul the exterior, however, it is adequate. Car spaces are a bit tight for larger cars which, here in WA are the norm. Common room could benefit with some extra amenity.

Lovely suite in excellent location.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed excellent TV. Ground floor suite was offered instead of upstairs originally selected for us. Much appreciated.

Pros:

Probably best value for money accommodation I have stayed in Australia and I have stayed at much higher expensive resorts. Great location, room is quite spacious and clean and with all required amenities. Albany Downtown is 5 minutes walk hardly

Cons:

First of all if you are checking in after hours, you will be asked to provide your credit card details over the phone to secure the bond (which ofcourse is not charged unless you stole or broken anything). I understand the constraint of not having a staff at late hours but asking someone for Credit Card over the phone sounds fishy and unprofessional. I would advice charging it through booking app so that the consumer have some sort of security that his credit card details won’t be leaked.

Other than that The toothbrushes were missing and this is something you can include to make this place whole.

10/10 would stay here again!
Pros:

Amazing stay, fantastic location, staff were friendly, heater was even on when we got to the room. They answered all of our questions quickly

Cons:

We stayed on a Saturday night and it did get a bit loud due to the surrounding pubs
