Was good overall.
Pros:

The quietness when sleeping. And the friendly staff member, bottled water was in fridge.

Cons:

The room was cold when we arrived.
There wasn’t skinny milk
And only two towels and we showered to go out and came home and had a spa. Then in morning shower. And towles were a not dry.

The shower head could have been a more traditional one, whereby the water comes out faster and consistently hot.

The staff were AMAZING, They are all very friendly! Shout out to Maddie! Our TV wasn't working properly so she swapped it out immediately and was not a problem at all.
The spa in our room was great with a view of the bush out the window.

Cons:

The room just needs an exhaust fan in the shower.

I loved it all it was nice to stay there.
Pros:

The spa and the room and the television. And i liked all of it at madison spa resort. I had fun.

A beautiful place to stay with huge potential for something special
Pros:

Position, comfortable beds, cosy room, nice and dark for a sleep in, great spa bath in room.

Cons:

New owners still getting settled in so the whole reception area was a bit chaotic, like when you first move into a house. Because we have been staying there over 30 years, we know the potential of this beautiful place and hope that it will come back to the way it was, with a fabulous restaurant and bar offering breakfast and dinner.
