Very disappointed
Pros:

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was both of our birthdays and thought we would escape for a romantic weekend away with spas and massages. When we arrived we found out that there were new owners and the massage rooms were closed for renovations. We would have never booked if we knew this information. Very expensive for just a spa bath which we could have got a lot cheaper at another place.

There were bugs in the room, cobwebs everywhere, no shower door, no balcony! And the main reception was a mess.

Due to the hot weather the pool was nice 👌

Cons:

TV reception was poor, kept showing 'no signal' ! Not a smart tv 😒
Room & motel in need of updating, quite untidy grounds.
Never saw staff apart from offering new towels on 2nd day, no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed. Shower tiles needed a good scrub!
Spa treatments were unavailable.
Unfortunately overall disappointing for the price!

Perfect short holiday stay
Pros:

Rooms very very clean, outdoor swimming pool beautiful, indoor hot and cold swimming spa perfect, staff so friendly and helpful, let us late check out ..just perfect ..stayed 2 nights 2 years in a raw and we will again. Thank you

Massage centre didnt work and we wanted a massage but last year did and we loved it

Its alright .... both pros and cons. Would stay again.
Pros:

Large room, confortable bed. Location is great, close enough to walk to supermarket and other shops. Short drive and you are in the heart of Echuca. Swimming pool although it was busy it has spots to allow space to cool off.

Cons:

It has potential to be a fantastic resort and it is clear to see it is on the way up but it lacks feeling. Only 50% of the lighting worked, no hand soap available and the tv system is not quite cool enough to be considered retro.

Good overall with clean rooms and facilities, Management could have been more engaging am enthusiastic
Pros:

Pool was great, rooms nice and spacious and air con was on when we arrived on a very hot day.

Cons:

No tv service at all, hair dryer kept overheating and stopping. Told manager, they did offer a fire stick for Netflix access only after we asked, and when discussed hairdryer they were very disinterested, and dismissive! No bar service at pool area which would have been a nice touch

Convenient location in Moama. Nicely established garden and nice pool area. Large rooms with lovely bush view. Nice big spa in the room.

Cons:

Reception doors do not open until 2:00 pm, and staff will not open them to customers either. I had to walk via the pool area to see someone. Reception staff lacked customer service skills (was rude). Admittingly, we did arrive before check-in (1:10 p.m.) due to the extreme heat (44) and limiting the travel in which I did state and apologised. However, the lady was very extremely rude about it . Sonleft and came back at 2pm. The receptionists did not provide any information regarding services the resort offered, or anything about the resort, or anything for that matter, just handed me a key and stated room 14. It was extremely disappointing given the nature of this resort and the reason for staying there!!
Whilst the rooms are lovely and spacious, the TV is not smart, and we were unable to get any normal TV channels. Furthermore, the glass windows had not been cleaned on the inside and appeared to have face marks and other marks over them.
In conversation with other people staying there during the same time, there were similar comments shared.

Old and a little tired
Pros:

Our room was spacious and there was heaps of free parking

Cons:

Our room had uneven floors, there was a huge line of dirt behind the door, cobwebs in many places, the kettle was missing and our cups and glasses were not clean. The facilities were old and outdated
