Good Dining & Breakfast, Good For Family, But Need Improvement in the hotel room and building facilities.

Wonderful family hotel with clean swimming pools, good buffets, clean rooms and several kids activities (foam party !). Would defenitely consider coming back. One negative was the size of the standard room which does not fit a kids bed, so we were forced to upgrade.

I stayed with my 2 kids , got the connected room we asked (thank you) i think the hotel is best hotel around the area considering other hotel condition that not well maintained. We got complementary dissert from the staff (thank you for the service). The aninities is not complete.. no hand towel and we have to ask for floor mat. I wish for the future Aston keep maintain the cleannes and the tidy of hotel. .. o yeah my kid lived the FOAM PARTY...😁😁😁

Good hotel by the sea side to unwind from the daily busy life.

Lovely location and excellently managed. Highlights for us were the outdoor areas; the pool, the clean beach, the pier, the swing and the excellent food. Even our toddler loved the place. Would love to go back again.

Staff were very helpful . The check in process was slow and too few people working in the check in area. The meals area was ok - food selection was ok - but most of the cooked hot food was not hot at the buffet .

when we arrive it seems the hotel was doing minor renovating... they replace the tiles near the pool, very dusty and they were cutting the tiles next to the swimming pool !! i think they can measured it and cut it somewhere else without disturbing the guests.
when we checked in the front desk didnt mention anything about hotel renovation.
public toilet in the lobby need to be check often, while there wasnt much guest around but it still have some odors.

Wifi was not working.

I booked 4 rooms, unfortunately they cannot arrange to stay in the same floor but their staff gives the best service. Recomended hotel for family. Food taste is good. Overall, very recomended hotel in anyer area.

The location is easy to reach from Jakarta by car. It only took as 3 hours to get there from Jakarta on a weekday. It was a good stay for me and my family. The room is reasonably clean. The towels and pillows are still fluffy. We had a good sleep there.

For the money is really good. If you want to feel little bit of beach and relaxing than this is the place to go near jakarta.

Great hotel to stay in, and fits well for family time. Underated hotel as location is still quite far from city.

The shower drain was clogged and was flooded when showered. The rest of the bathroom stinks for no reason. The room was clean and AC worked great. Great exterior but room in front of the pool was not sound proof. I love the swimming pool and outdoor cafe. Beach is nice and clean. Overall is a nice place to stay.

checked in just before 2pm and was told that rooms booked was not available. after some persuasion, they managed to find the correct rooms. however, the room was only available at 4pm as there as a holiday crowd.

apparently the previous nights guests did not check out soon enough for the house keeping to prepare the rooms though the hotel was small. there was no order in check in and out. reception area was chaotic with kids running around and making a ruckus. not recommended for a quiet stay especially during a holiday period.

room bedsheets were also damp. perhaps not enough time to dry completely as there were too many guests..

Zimmer, Restaurant, Pool und Beach alles kompakt und in kürzester Entfernung.
Pool gepflegt, Wasser Klasse, Restaurant ausgelegt auf Einheimische da kaum oder keine Übersee-Touristen.
Wie gesagt, das heutige Indonesien!
Tip: Seeblick wählen, ab 4. Stock freier Blick über die Bäume auf die Sunda Straße mit Vulkan Anak Krakatau.

Nice gateway not far from Jakarta with its own private beach.

Not many choice of hotels in anyer, this hotel is the top tier.
Good location, good view, good vibe but not so much of service, very poor food, and so many people smoking in front of kids.

Seriously hotel needs to stop people from smoking in the swimming pool area.
