Teleurstellend.
Pros:

Fijne bedden en ruime kamer.

Cons:

Badkamer was vies en ontbijt was verschrikkelijk slecht. Weinig keus en lag er al een tijd.

Pros:

Khăn tắm bẩn. Bữa sáng thì khg có gì ăn. Cần tìm hộp sữa chua cũng khg có. Nôid cháo trắng hỏi trứng mặn thì bảo phải od.. cái ks rõ to.. nhìn bề thế.. mà trong thì không thế.. khác xa với PR trên mạng🥲😢

Worth a budget Stay.
Pros:

It was clean, and close to great cafes and restaurants. Absolutely 💯 brilliant. Close to walk to the beach and to a few of the places like Marble Mountain and the beautiful Princess .

Cons:

The breakfast was dreadful 😫 only one pillow. The hotel nees a few reboots.

Apart from housekeeping, the hotel is great to stay. I recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel is great. Location is good. There are many nearby places to go. The room is spacious.

Cons:

Housekeeping is not good. They made the bed, replace towels but they don't clean. There are still hair falls after housekeeping.

Bad breakfast, clean rooms and ok location for families that wants to go to the beach.
Pros:

Close to the beach and clean rooms with everything you need.

Cons:

The breakfast is disappointing. Bad coffee and the staff didn’t filled it up half of the time. Also there was no signs saying what the dishes was and the staff didn’t speak English.

The pool is very small and there’s almost no space to chill out.

The location is only good for the beach. There’s some local restaurants and then some high class beach clubs. The nightlife and cultural things is not in walk distance.

There were no towels for the beach which is inconvinient considering the hotel is called ocean view hotel. Neither for the pool, so when i brought the only provided towel to the pool and it got dirty they had me pay for it...

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise sind die Fenster so stark verschmutzt, dass man kaum hindurchsehen kann. Zudem lösen sich im Zimmer an einigen Stellen Fliesen, was nicht nur unschön aussieht, sondern auch eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellt.

Besonders kritisch sehe ich die Situation bei den Notausgängen: Dort stand ein Bett vollständig aufgestellt im Fluchtweg. In einem Hotel mit 13 Stockwerken ist das aus Sicherheitsgründen absolut inakzeptabel und könnte im Falle einer Evakuierung ernsthafte Probleme verursachen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Großteil des Personals freundlich und bemüht war. Leider gab es jedoch auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die uns gegenüber ein unangemessenes Verhalten an den Tag gelegt haben. Wir hatten stellenweise den Eindruck, nicht respektvoll behandelt zu werden.

Insgesamt besteht hier dringend Verbesserungsbedarf – sowohl bei der Instandhaltung der Zimmer als auch bei den Sicherheit Standards und im Umgang mit Gästen.

Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr ungepflegt und verschmutzt. Ehrlich gesagt ist es kaum nachvollziehbar, wie man so einen Zustand Gästen überhaupt anbieten kann – in diesem Fall wäre es besser, den Pool vorübergehend zu schließen, anstatt ihn in diesem Zustand zu betreiben.

Besonders kritisch sehe ich die Situation bei den Notausgängen: Dort stand ein Bett vollständig im Fluchtweg. In einem Hotel mit 13 Stockwerken ist das aus Sicherheitsgründen absolut inakzeptabel und könnte im Falle einer Evakuierung ernsthafte Probleme verursachen.

Die Bilder auf Booking entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Die Darstellung im Internet weckt Erwartungen, die vor Ort in keiner Weise erfüllt werden.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Großteil des Personals freundlich und bemüht war. Leider gab es jedoch auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, bei denen wir uns nicht respektvoll behandelt fühlten.

Insgesamt besteht hier dringender Verbesserungsbedarf – sowohl bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Sicherheitsstandards als auch bei der ehrlichen Darstellung des Hotels.

Zimmer runter gerockt, dringend renovierungsbedürftige, Badezimmer unsauber,
starker unangenehmer Geruch beim Betreten des Zimmers, morgens klingelt Putzpersonal um 8.35h, will putzen, gibt keine Schilder für nicht stören bitte, haben wir uns dann selbst gebastelt.
