Perfect
Pros:

I loved SenS Hotel and I am already thinking about returning! The rooms are so modern and clean. They have international plug sockets so was nice not having to use an adapter! Plenty of storage space and they give you an iron and ironing board. The location is perfect. It’s so close to a main road with lots of shops and cafes. It’s also within walking distance to Ubud Palace and Water Palace. The design of the hotel is lovely as each room overlooks onto the pool area. The TV was great with all the right features. I felt super relaxed and comfortable here. The staff really go above and beyond here to make sure you have the best stay. SenS really felt like home away from home :)

Cons:

Nothing! The only thing is the main road can get super busy with lots of traffic but nothing major!

Chambre agréable mais mauvaise connexion Wi-Fi
Pros:

Bien accueillie avec une boisson rafraîchissante. Chambre très confortable, literie et équipement de standing.

Cons:

La connexion Wi-Fi (chambre au 2eme étage tout au fond du couloir). était vraiment très lente dommage pour cette gamme d'hôtel, j'ai été dans des hôtels de moins bonne catégorie mais qui avait une Wi-Fi excellente.

Definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms feel ancient and not very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water wasn’t very warm.

Booked Again / Extended Stay
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by staff who were all so very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
It was close enough for us to walk to the main attractions in the city centre. Drivers also liked it because they didn't have to sit in as much traffic.
The drinking water refill stations were fantastic. This is the only hotel we'd been to in Bali with free drinking water readily available for guests. And there was a refill station on each floor.
The beds were comfortable. Plus there was an option to request an orthopaedic pillow.
The pool was a lovely cool temperature, with extra towels readily available. It was also easy to get in and out of. Plus there was a pool side changing room with a toilet and shower.
The restaurant was nice with a good variety of options.
The spa rooms were clean, calming and relaxing with sound proof treatment rooms.
The laundry service was good/quick.
The housekeeping service was good/efficient.

Cons:

One of our rooms smelt damp and musty but housekeeping tried their best to freshen the air.
Sometimes you could hear the people moving around in the rooms above.
The toilet in one of our rooms just kept running (water leaking into the bowl), even after they tried to fix it.
The restaurant was a bit pricey. You can get bigger portions for considerably less money, just a short walk away.

Great value for.money comes with a caveat
Pros:

All great
Except, one big thing - cramped too many rooms room but connected to many other rooms, even if your neigbir.flushes the toilet, you hear in the night, some opposite rooms have got balcony aand table and chairs, people discussing can be heard , voice amplification disturbs the sleep.
Rest is all great with the hotel

A standard hotel stay, very friendly and helpful staff and great location.
Pros:

It’s central location was great for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast team even remembered our names and asked about things we had done!

Cons:

The pool isn’t private at all, so we didn’t use it. It was a standard hotel, nothing special but I would still recommend it.
