Wygodne lozka, przestronny pokoj, sniadania pod dzieci

Cons:

Zimna woda w basenie, pierwszego dnia na sniadaniu nikt nam nie powiedzial ze jesli chcemy omlet lub jajecznice z dodatkami, jajka sadzone, smazony bekon itp musimy poprosic o to specjalnie obsluge.

Pros:

The staff are very nice and helpful. The first provided room has strong musty smell. After contacting the staff, they change the room.
The breakfast is good. When they know that we will travel in the early morning, they prepared the food box for us.

Cons:

The rooms should be maintained good ventilation to prevent odors.
The toilet's glass door and walls of the first room are completely transparent.

الموقع ممتاز في وسط المدينه وجميع الخدمات على بعد دقائق.
الطاقم متعاون وطلبت تغيير الغرف وتم التغيير

Cons:

1 لا يوجد شبابيك للتهوية في الغرف وكانت رائحة الغرف سيئة.
2 الإزعاج ..حجزت غرفتين وكانت بجوار مطعم فيه غناء وطبل وصراخ كأنهم معك في الغرفه وطلبت تغيير الغرف وتم التغيير لجهة أخرى وكان أيضا إزعاج الدبابات.. عزل الغرف سيئ جدا جدا جدا لدرجة سماع كلام الاشخاص في الغرفة المجاورة ولم أستطع النوم.

The location of this hotel is excellent, which is unfortunately its only redeeming quality.

We had multiple rooms booked, and every one of them had a strong mould smell. It was so bad that staying in the rooms was unpleasant.

To make matters worse, despite being entitled to a refund, the hotel has taken weeks and still hasn’t provided the necessary approval. The entire process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I’d recommend staying elsewhere and saving yourself the hassle.

Pros:

Un hôtel à taille humaine, où le personnel accueillant se plie en quatre pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d’avoir des chambres communicantes, idéales pour voyager avec des enfants.

L’emplacement est également un atout : à seulement quelques minutes à pied du marché d’Ubud, et entouré de nombreux restaurants.

L'hôtel propose aussi un service de transfert vers les autres villes à prix très abordable.

الموقع ممتاز في السنتر
الغرفة صغيرة نسبيا لكن متوفر فيها كل شي
الخدمة ممتازة وفريق العمل ودود جدا
الاهم انه نظيف جدا ولا يوجد حشرات في الغرف او الممرات
الحمام زجاج ويوجد فيه ستارة بعض الغرف الزجاج شفاف بالكامل واخرى شبه شفاف
