Pros:

De faciliteiten waren goed en de kamers waren stil in het luidruchtige Ubud.

Cons:

Zwembad is niet echt om te spelen, we hadden een kind bij, vanwege de vele regels.

Pros:

The location was the prefect spot in the centre of Ubud with walking distance to all restaurants and shops

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in Bali

Room size decent and was very clean

Cons:

The room had a door to link to a next room perhaps they use this when they have bigger families to link the 2 rooms, which was locked but you can hear the person on the otherside as if there were with you in the same room

Reasonable price, and very good facilities, would stay there again
Pros:

Good variety at breakfast, either cooked, internationals or simple finger food. Location of restaurant was very good also, either next to the swimming pool or near the main entrance.
Rooms were very good, clean, roomy and spacious.

Cons:

The pool was excellent but I thought the design could have been better. For instance it certainly wasn’t designed for sun worshipping as the sun only featured mid to late afternoon, with probably only a couple of hours to sunbathe. The hotel was five levels and the sun didn’t get much opportunity to shine through.

Highly disappointing stay!!! Do NOT stay here.

Staff were nice, the manager listened to our concerns but nothing was done … I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. We come to Bali all the time, this has to be the worst. Cost cutting at its BEST

The SenS Hotel & Spa were clearly cutting costs. Breakfast was atrocious… the buffet breakfast was very minimal, and were reluctant to top up the food. There were only ever 3 bits of bread, so everyone was waiting on them to bring it out. It wasn’t just bread, it was everything in the whole buffet. The try to pass sickly margarine as butter. And for those who didn’t know it, they had anchored butter under lock and key, and would bring it out two at a time. DONT pay for the BUFFET BBQ…. We were a group of 6 and the only one in the restaurant at the time, and the table where u choose your meat and seafood (for them to cook) had two peaces in each bowl. So our whole table were only allowed one prawn, one chicken (size of a chicken nugget) and one small piece of beef. And the rest of our table had to wait. Don’t accept our booking if you don’t have the supply of food. And don’t advertise it as a buffet if u don’t want to feed people. This was ridiculous .. it wasn’t included in our hotel price, we actually paid for 6 people for the BBQ BUFFET

لم يعجبني أبدا ونصيحه لوجه الله مايستحق حتي نجمه صحيح ان السرير مريح والغرفه مرتبه ولكن رائحة الفندق كريهة جدا والمغيبات بالحمام ما تصرف المياه تبقى عالقه بالحوض أتكلمت اكثر من مره مع الموظفين يوعدوننا يصلحون المشكله وما تنحل اكتشفت ان أصلا المشكله باغلب الغرف بسبب ان البالوعه تحتاج باليوم مرتين لشطفها والفندق يخليها فقط مره
والدليل لما تجي السياره الصباح تشفط البالوعه المياه الراكده بالحمام تنشفط وترجع مره ثانيه العصر والرائحه لاتحتمل 🇴🇲🇴🇲🇴🇲
