The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and everything is very clean. Depending on the room, you get a fantastic view of the bridge (the higher the floor, the better!). A big thank you to Ms. Ngoc Huyen for the excellent advice and help. Mr. Van Tuan also really made our stay special - he always welcomed us at the door with a bright smile and helped us with our luggage and the stroller.

Cons:

Since there are only two elevators in the building, there are unfortunately often long wait times. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could offer a bit more variety.
