The staff and facilities are flawless
Pros:

We had a room overlooking the dragon bridge stunning view and really easy access. From approach the hotel greeted us with a very warm and friendly greeting. Doorman Dieu was so helpful always helping me with bags and door. Always giving great tips and advice about attractions seemed so easily thanks to front of house staff Huyen Thuy Vy Ten. No request was ever too much. The friendly staff really made a huge impact on my stay making it feel like a great choice of hotel.

Very good location. Very good and courteous staff. Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very good location at the tail of dragon bridge. Walking distance from Han Market and the other bargain market at the other end of the bridge, the dragon head. Nice to walk along the riverside too. Da Nang Cathedral is only a short walk away.
Ms Huyen was a very helpful guide and speaks English well. Mr Tam was very helpful and always welcoming at the main door and lobby.

Great location, good hotel to spend your days in Da Nang if you do not want to atay near beach.
Pros:

The location is right next to the Han River and near Dragon bridge (but at the tail end) so the views were as good as Novotel or Marriott. Rooms were clean as well. There’s a Fire and Water show at the other end of the Dragon Bridge(face end towards MyKhe beach), every Friday, Sat and Sun from 9pm to 9.15pm. Don’t miss it. The hotel was also good Location wise. Breakfast spread was amazing. One of the best hotel breakfast we had all over our 2 week stay in 3 cities.

Cons:

Our checkout experience was kind of bad.

Pros:

The location is quite convenient. We also had a nice view of the dragon bridge from our room

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Options were limited. The pho that was served was not hot. This consistently happened over 2 days. We stayed here for 4 days and this is the first hotel where we didnt even bother with breakfast and skipped it after 2 days.
Other than that we were happy with our rooms.
