Highly recommended
Pros:

All the staff Truc, Trinh, Tuan, and Tien were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was close to number markets, food, and beverage locations. Room was very good and clean.

Vanda Hotel made me love Danang more!
Pros:

I am doing this review 3 months since our stay. And despite the time, I am proud to share that I clearly remember how my family was treated by staff and how we were able to have a memorable stay in Danang due to Vanda Hotel. For the record, my family stayed in three different hotels for this Danang trip and I am sharing that Vanda Hotel is the BEST AMONG THE THREE (ang my meticulous teenager can attest to this claim).

Allow me to comment on three important factors: LOCATION, FACILITIES, STAFF.

LOCATION: I love its proximity to the airport (less than 15 minutes). It is also within walking distance to Danang destinations such as the Dragon Bridge (it is located at the tail / end of the dragon), APEC park, night markets (or I should say night food parks 🤔). It is also within walking distance from Pink Cathedral but since the weather was hot when we were there, I opted to take Grab car (Grab car price is cheap). There is HSBC ATM machine beside the hotel’s entrance / door and a pizza parlor. You literally won’t go hungry. Just go out of the hotel and you’ll see your food options!

FACILITIES: All the necessary items were provided —- from slippers to toiletries to towels —- literally everything! Bed was comfortable and linens smelled good ❤️ Buffet breakfast had variety of options. I have to be honest that the price for an overnight stay for three persons and with breakfast is super affordable. Kudos to Vanda Hotel for not overcharging. We were also provided welcome drinks (I forgot what it’s called but really tasted good). There were complimentary bottled water, coffee and chocolate (which I love). LASTLY, I LOVE THE VIEW FROM OUR ROOM!!!!! Outstanding… Beautiful!

STAFF: 100% superb service provided to us. I love how responsive they were. They promptly responded to my questions pre-arrival. When I requested for airport shuttle service, they provided it (and I appreciate I was allowed to pay upon check-in 😊).

Overall a nice stay, but room for improvement.
Pros:

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, left flower petals and towel swans on our bed as they knew it was our honeymoon.

Cons:

We made it clear that we were vegan when we booked and on arrival yet they left a non-vegan honeymoon celebration cake in our room, which was lovely, however had we not checked if it was vegan and eaten it, it could have made us quite ill. Despite us advising them of this, every time they cleaned the room they again would leave non-vegan chocolates in our room, which again is a nice touch if you can eat them, but frustrating and potentially dangerous if you have a dairy allergy. We also asked in our booking and when checking in that there be vegan options for us to eat in the included breakfast, we were advised that the food allergens for each option would be listed, they weren't, so rather than make another fuss we only had breakfast there once in our whole stay, and that was simply fruit.

More could be done to make the swimming pool area nicer as it was pretty much just a pool in a room, maybe some relaxing background music, more plants etc to make it more welcoming.

シャワー以外は大満足です😃
Pros:

ドラゴンブリッジへすぐという好立地。
高級感ありお部屋も清潔でした。
朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。

Cons:

日本以外ではよくあることですが...
バスタブの1/3くらいがガラスで仕切られていますが隙間だらけなので、結局床がビシャビシャに濡れます。
