It's ok for the price.
Pros:

The location was beside the Landa River. We could see seagulls out of the hotel window. There is a family Mart nearby. The beds were huge.

Cons:

The toilet flush handle leaked water when you flushed it. The hotel asked that we return keys to the reception every time we left the room. There was a lot of emergency vehicle noise from nearby streets.

-Very friendly and helpful staff.
-Small but comfortable room. Good noise insulation to other rooms.
-Good location, within a 10 minute walk to four different stations for a total of six train lines.

Cons:

-Although noise insulation was good to other rooms, it wasn't good to the hallway. You could hear every conversation when people would walk through there.
-Having to drop the key at reception every time you go out is a little inconvenient, considering the lobby is on the BF1 and not ground level.

Clean, friendly and local despite being a bit dated.
Pros:

Easy to find, super close to Asakusabashi station and convenience stores as well as a large selection restaurants. Staff at the hotel were all incredibly lovely and accomodating! Would easily recommend for someone looking for easy accomodation close to Asakusa, Akihabara and Oshiage/ Sky tree.

Cons:

The rooms do feel a little dated, and the single pillow provided isn’t the most comfortable in the world.
Additionally wifi feels like it hasn’t been upgraded in a very long time.

Tutto.
La posizione, la disponibilità dello staff, la pulizia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo prenotato tre stanze per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
La reception è stata molto disponibile ad aiutare ogni volta che avevamo dubbi su mezzi da utilizzare per le nostre destinazioni e soprattutto per la spedizione dei bagagli ad altro albergo a Kyoto.

Bel Hotel 　お勧めのホテル
Pros:

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato in tutto.
La struttura è d'epoca, ma dato che c'era disponibilità, ci hanno spostato in una camera spaziosa e bellissima.
