Pros:

Đặt 2 phòng nhưng lễ tân báo chỉ có một phòng, không có phương án giải quyết cho khách hàng, liên hệ expedia cũng không có hotline. Dịch vụ quá tồi, chỉ dùng 1 lần duy nhất!

Achtung Baustelle anstatt renoviertes Hotel!!!
Pros:

Es fing mit denn furchtbaren Check-in an: Keine Vorbereitung, da sie angeblich keine Mail von Expedia erhalten haben. Ich musste meine Reservierungsmail an sie weiterleiten. Nach etwa 15 Minuten Wartezeit durften wir ins Zimmer. Wir hatten eins mit Meerblick und in der oberen Etage gebucht, aber die Dame wollte uns eins in der zweiten Ebene mit Poolblick zeigen. Als wir gesagt haben, dass wir anders gebucht haben, hat die gemeint, die checkt das nochmal ab und dass die Zimmer oben alle belegt wären. Nach etwa 5 Minuten kam sie wieder und hat uns eins in der 4.Etage mit Meerblick gegeben.
Das Bad war klein und die Dusche hat keine Trennwand.
Das Frühstück ist nur für Vietnamesen gedacht. 3 Gerichte zur Auswahl .
Das Hotel befindet sich immer noch in der Renovierung und nicht wie in der Beschreibung geschrieben „im Februar 2018 komplett renoviert“ Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht! Es gab nur 2 Pools, keine Bar im Pool. Also die Beschreibung vom Hotel entspricht wenig der Wahrheit.
Sehr enttäuschend....Achja, das Hotel ist nur für Vietnamesen gedacht. Der Strand ist auch nicht so schön wie die alle behaupten, tote Fische und Krebse...

Beach side right in front of the hotel!!!
Pros:

Our couple used this hotel during Vietnamese 4days holiday. Even though it was during holiday, there were not so much tourists because of it's perfect location. We enjoyed so happy time each other playing on long sandy beach and seeing beautiful sunrise coming up from the ocean. If I have one more chance to travel Thanh hoa city, I really want to come back here again!!!
