Soggiorno bellissimo in una struttura che sa davvero far sentire a casa. Il personale è accogliente e attento, capace di creare fin da subito un'atmosfera calda e familiare. La piscina è l'ideale per chi cerca relax puro, mentre la posizione strategica permette di raggiungere facilmente luoghi magici come l'Etna e Taormina, rendendola una base perfetta per esplorare la Sicilia più bella.
Le camere sono deliziose e curate nei dettagli, mentre il ristorante propone piatti interessanti, tutti da scoprire. Un soggiorno che consiglio senza esitazione, e al quale conto di tornare presto.
Un piccolo suggerimento per il futuro: ampliare carta vini e cocktail bar

Confusion over room size and Etna view was only partial, this was not clear on Booking.com app. Staff were very helpful but I did have to book pay for additional room

La vue sur l etna ne correspond plus vraiment aux photos car la haie a pousser et caché la vue. Meme si on le vois au bout de la piscine et des chambres a l étage . Changée les photos ou taillez les haies
La salle de bain (surtout la douche) n’est pas au niveau de l ensemble

Picturesque views from the pool and hotel, beautiful hotel architecture and environment, calm area, restaurant was okay but nothing exceptional, free bicycles available for use which was nice.
The cleanliness of the toilet and especially the shower was bad. The service was subpar and we felt more like clients rather than guests, we also had some rather strange interactions/comments from the staff. The furniture in the room and hotel was a bit scratched and dusty. Overall not really worth the price. Do not recommend staying if you do not have a car as the area within walk/bike-distance is bland and dirty.
Personnel / Christian and the pool and cause atmosphere
Styling, architecture, facilities, pool area, being able to use the bikes - our stay was incredible. The hotel is clean and totally beautiful. Staff are welcoming and so helpful.
A tiny, tiny point, but would be even more amazing to have a small fitness area / gym space!
A truly wonderful hotel. Beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with a special atmosphere and stunning views of Mount Etna. The rooms are comfortable, the pool and gardens are lovely, and the entire property feels elegant and relaxing.
The staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive, and we truly felt that every detail was carefully considered to make our stay enjoyable.
We loved every moment of our stay. Without a doubt, this was one of the most special places we stayed in Sicily. We would be very happy to return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality boutique hotel in the Mount Etna area.
The Ramo d’aria is a beautiful boutique hotel hidden in the suburbs of Catania, the staff were lovely and really helpful, the room is modern and the swimming pool with a view of Etna is incredible. The food was also great and pretty reasonable value.
