Un séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux et souriant par le personnel à la réception et au restaurant, tous leurs efforts pour rendre le séjour parfait.
L’emplacement idéal pour découvrir l’Etna.
Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Les lits confortables et les chambres spacieuses.
Le lieu très calme, la vue sur l’Etna, le jardin et la magnifique piscine .

An excellent located hotel to explore the surroundings
Pros:

All the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful, offering us great advice on getting around, as we didn’t have a car. Christian was particularly helpful with our requests and quickly resolved a room issue.

The hotel’s restaurant serves excellent food, and I would recommend booking a table in advance. The staff were also very attentive and considerate. As my daughter needed to work, they even offered to turn down the music to make things more comfortable for her.

We had a wonderful experience, and I can only highly recommend this hotel!

Mooi authentiek hotel met prachtig groot zwembad op rustige locatie. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie grote kamer met heerlijk groot bad.

Very enjoyable stay in great hotel. Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Staff were unfailingly friendly and charming. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was good and evening meals in the restaurant were excellent. Lovely pool area and view of Etna from the pool was magical.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a stunning view, although refurbishment is needed in the near future
Pros:

We stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for five nights in September 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is set in a stunning location at the foot of Mount Etna, with spectacular views of the volcano, particularly from the swimming pool. The pool itself is beautifully designed and is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the property. The rooms are equally lovely and tastefully decorated. The whole place has the feel of a genuinely luxurious boutique hotel, although this is, of course, reflected in the price.

What made our stay particularly memorable was the staff. Everyone was veryfriendly and welcoming, and we would especially like to thank the team looking after breakfast and the restaurant. They made us feel genuinely welcome and added a wonderful personal touch to our stay. A big thank you to all of them!

Cons:

Whilst the hotel is undoubtedly beautiful, it is beginning to show some signs of wear and tear and would benefit from some refurbishment in the not-too-distant future. Around the swimming pool, some of the tiles are already coming loose, while the rooms are also starting to show their age. Certain furnishings and fittings, including the towels, are noticeably worn and could do with replacing.

None of this seriously detracted from our stay, but given the hotel's luxurious positioning and the prices it charges, it is something worth addressing. Without continued investment in maintenance and refurbishment, I fear the hotel risks gradually losing its charm and developing a somewhat faded grandeur over the coming years. That would be a shame, particularly given how much the property otherwise has to offer.

Prachtig hotel tussen de citroen bomen
Pros:

Het is een prachtige locatie met uitzicht op de Etna vanuit de tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Vriendelijk ontvangst en we kregen een update waardoor een een suite met heerlijk groot bad in de kamer hadden. Geweldig restaurant en ook een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Wellicht een groter perceel met citroenbomen.

Tolle Lage. Perfekt um den Etna und die Region zu erkunden.
Das Hotel hat eine schöne Anlage mit einem Pool und direktem Etna Blick.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war behindertengerecht eingerichtet, das hat uns etwas irritiert.

Was uns enttäuscht hatte war das Frühstück. Kleine Auswahl, wenig besonderes, einfach ein wenig uninspiriert.

Mooi hotel in Giarre
Pros:

Zodra de poort opengaat voel je je welkom. Door het personeel, de ambiance, de kamers, heerlijke bed, het zwembad, het geweldige ontbijt. De kamer is ruim, balkon is fijn (niet veel privacy).

Cons:

Het hotel is niet heel goed geïsoleerd. Op de kamers boven ruik je het eten, het geluid op de gang galmt behoorlijk door. Verder vind ik plastic bekers bij de minibar bij een dergelijk hotel niet passen.
Het diner in het restaurant was goed, maar niet super bijzonder. Al met al was de prijs/kwaliteit wat ons betreft niet helemaal in balans. Wel fijn verblijf gehad!

Pros:

La ambientación es muy bien cuidada: un edificio campestre de época ( medieval) todo decorado en su interior con un estilo moderno muy delicado. Restaurant de primer nivel la cena precio muy bueno. Pileta entre los limoneros y rosas con vista al Etna .
