Cockroaches everywhere horrible staff and found trash under bed In the room.

The place definitely needs cleaning and updating. The carpet was dirty with gum stuck on the carpet. There was garbage behind the night stands. The tb and remote didnt wirk. Lamos were falling apart and one of the lights didn't work. We asked for new pillows and i think they melted in the dryer and w were stuck together. The hot tub was fixed but the water was dirty and slimey with black stuff that stuck on my body. The staff were very friedly and helpful and tried to help fix things. The ice machine was broken. If you have other options, find them. I won't be back

Small town inn. Was very nice to stay in. Appliances are old and things were not the most clean. But the people were very nice and I loved the cabin feel. If the bedding and appliances were upgraded, and cleanliness was more detailed it would be perfect! A great stay overall.

Disappointed when we were told pool and sauna were not available as advertised on app.

I booked specifically for the hot tub and when I arrived I learned it was out of order.

Checked in only to find out the pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. Got to the room and the toilet was clogged and water in the sink would not drain. Told the guy at the desk and went for supper. Came back to the same situation. Room was clean, bed was comfy, but the whole place needs some repairs done.

Indoor pool was closed without notification.
Barely any breakfast laid out , one morning no breakfast. (Called and the staff overslept and came out of a hotel room there). They refused to even turn on and have the pancake machine going. Ice machine wasn’t working - was told to come to front desk to get ice - once we did that they refused to give us ice and said to buy it at the gas station . We checked out early due to staff and conditions - and now they won’t contact us back on any refund for the days not stayed .

The ice machine was broken, and no discount was offered. I really wanted a room facing the back so as not to have street noise, it didn’t seem like the hotel was full so I’m not sure why they couldn’t have switched mine.

Parking was well lit, staff are helpful and friendly, though not often available at the desk. The swimming pool and hot tub are "still" not in service as previous reviews have noted. The breakfast is "skimpy" and could be greatly improved, starting with replacing the defective cereal dispensers that are troublesome to operate and spill the contents. Consider adding orange juice and hard boiled eggs. Consider loosing the bed spreads.

No ice. Pool and hot tub not working. They were really stretching saying it was a “breakfast buffet.” One door was unavailable so you could only use the one by the desk. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Seemed like they weren’t trying. Giving them 2 stars and not one because there was a bed, a bath room, four walls, and cable. Too expensive for what they offered.

No pool!!!!!! Or hot tub!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst and non refundable to boot.

No way to change my cellphone. If I knew that I would have bought my device to plug into an outlet.

Hot tub and pool was nice said it a didn’t have breakfast, but they did have breakfast very limited items. It was a little rundown, but staff were friendly.
