Pets and late night check in was a game changer!
I requested an ADA room, and did not get one. If my stepdaughter (who I rented the room for) have not been able to get up the stairs, then what? If I had gone with her, I would not have had a room. That is not right and I’m tempted to report it to the ADA.

It is poorly located it is before a closed and abandoned building.The property is in a very poor condition
Absolutely filthy. Mold in shower, reeked of Marijuana, bed was rock hard, faucet handle on sink falls of when you turn it on, toilet doesn’t flush properly and a filthy toilet brush is next to it full of old toilet paper, door doesn't fit properly, cigarette burns on counter top, tub was stained, tv never worked.

Great for the price and very clean in the room and outside. I would stay again
I didn't like the cigarette smell in the non-smoking room that I booked. I would say use a deodorizer in the non-smoking rooms once a month possibly. Other than that it wasnt bad.
Some room updates had been performed. Others need to be addressed. We were only there for one night, so it was adequate for our needs.
Blankets and sheets dirty
Morning a great area, but it was cheap. The stairs were far away from my room. The towels were falling apart. Make sure to lock your doors.
