Pros:

Room was nice and clean

Cons:

They couldn’t top up my tea bags after day one. I was also cold and couldn’t get an extra blanket so had to have room temp up high while I slept. Also behind the building is a path where many people walk down on their drunken nights so all hours of early morning the talking and yelling was disruptive to my sleeping.

Best motel stay ever.
Pros:

We were very impressed with the customer service from start to finish. Polite and professional. Diego and Johnson were awesome, helpful, the best stay we have had @ a motel. Highly highly recommended.

Good value for cost but basic comfort level.
Pros:

Location. Washing facilities.

Cons:

Reasonably basic. Ltd TV options. No streaming or Sky.
Whilst advised of no service on public holidays on arrival not sure that this was evident at the time of booking.
However was partially remedied by staff supplying fresh towels.

Good location, easy check in room was very clean. Was suprised they charge for carparking.

Cons:

Ive stayed in a few quests and actually lease a quest apartment in the north island. This one was quite disappointing. Tiny tv on a grey wall made it very hard to watch, bed was rock hard and pillows very thin. (Personal preference)

Front door to the building is left open and counter is not staffed in the evening so any check inns find there key on a envelope on a table this is not very secure in my eyes. Any other guest ive stayed in requires and keycard to gain entry to the building and elevator. I wont be staying here again.

Perfect
Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the movie selection. The room was also very quiet even though it was central.
