Well-located hotel in a great area of Nelson
Pros:

Perfect location near the centre of town, bars, restaurants, art gallery etc, but quiet too. Affable and helpful staff. Comfortable room

Cons:

Nothing really - we have now stayed several times

Good central location and great facilities
Pros:

Travelling without a vehicle this was an excellent location. Everything we wanted to do was easy to walk or bus to. We used all the facilities within the apartment: washer/drier, dishwasher, cooking, and free movies.

Cons:

Minor issue was the small size rather average tv but the free movies were an interesting find.

Private carpark is very narrow. But there is a paying carpark really close.

The location of the room affected our overall experience.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed was great, and the amenities in the room were appropriate.

Cons:

Our "deluxe king studio" was on the ground floor next to reception. The window was a sliding glass door looking out to a 4-5 foot concrete wall and the parking lot. The noise from reception was quite loud.

Pros:

I have stayed here before and find the location very convenient.

Cons:

The cost per night has gone up tremendously. A large event was happening in Nelson so I suspect demand pricing was in play. And the apartment was looking a little tired. The pale green chair had grubby marks and looked worn. I wouldn't have minded but I had paid a luxury price for a less than luxury place!

Comfortable but would not recommend.
Pros:

Location and very clean. Washing machine and dryer in the unit was a bonus.

Cons:

Water was running through the pipes all through the night. Quite loudly. Also had to pay $15 for parking on top of the nightly rate.

Great location, value for the money
Pros:

The location was amazing..so close to downtown and everything so walkable. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful. We loved having a washer and dryer in the room with soap provided, though would have appreciated better instructions on how operate it for those of us not familiar with those kind of machines.

Central location handy to cafes, eateries and shopping
Pros:

Lovely staff. good amenities, very clean, quiet, liked that we could open the ranchslider for fresh air

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to be able to access tv platforms like Netflix, TVNZ On Demand but it’s not a big deal as one can access these on one’s own phones/laptops
