over all the apartment was very comfortable and served the purpose nicely for us. good location.

very spacious and quiet

Cons:

water from the shower head is too fine and don't feel satisfied after a shower. Also 2 big cracks on top of the vanity with some sort of attempted patch up very visible. Vanity drain seemed restricted and did not drain well. the basin filled up if water is left on whist brushing teeth. suggest replacing floor tiles with larger tiles in future to get nicer look and feel. small tiles makes it feel dirty. shower area has a lot of soap scum clearly visible once it is wet. not cleaned properly for a while i'd suspect.

Clean, comfortable and convenient with polite staff
Pros:

Very welcoming and pleasant receptionist! Easy and quick check in! Immaculately clean and comfortable room offering lots of space and convenience! Very comfy beds! Would stay again!

Cons:

They stung me for an extra $50 just for checking in an hour early with two small children. No bar or restaurant on site but got breakfast tokens for a cafe down the street which offered very limited food and drink options for breakfasts stated on the list! Parking is expensive which I was prepared to pay only to be told on arrival that they were full so had to drive around city and find suitable parking which was stressful and again, expensive!

Overall Very Good
Pros:

Only a couple issues, the wifi had trouble staying connected to my devices including the TV in my room, this was fixed after raising with reception, but still had issues after that.

The room remained clean and tidy with daily service, the AC was a life saver, and the underground parking was very useful although i would not pay the $40 per night personally if i wasnt on a business trip.
Always clean and very presentable, no real complaints from me, would recommend

This was a very amazing experiences in Quest Kelvin Grove. The service from the staffs was outstanding and made me feel truly welcome. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were well maintained and everything ran smoothly during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

Really out hot day , was looking forward to going into the pool , but closed the 2 days we were there


Paid $20 for breakfast , got a voucher , the value of the voucher was worth $14.90 , paid $5.10 for nothing each
