I was over charged by $90.00 of my Booking .com price
When I checked in they charged $50 dollar extra saying they would refund that after check out. They didn’t refund the $50 it his still charged to my account
The first room the ac sounds like it had a plastic bag in the unit.. so went to get a different room and that room had literally mold growing on the floor and smelled like piss..
I was over charged for my pet. All information on Internet and at the desk indicating $15 but I was charged $25. I would like a refund $10.

i liked the breakfast. i liked the king suit room. I liked knowing what i was going to spend. i liked the location of the facility. i liked that the hotel was close enough to places to eat dinner
I did not like the extra charges for a roll away bed when the suit was to sleep 3 but only had one bed. I did not like the pet fee pricing. I did not like the employee working. I did not like the lights in the breakfast area, they were above ceiling fans and it made a strobe like effect that was very nauseating. i did not like the guests who camped outside the door and played music till 1 am
It was nice and clean and close to the interstate.
The air conditioner was really noisy. Took me awhile to get use to it so I could got sleep.
Front desk lady wanted $50 cash for down deposit (which I wasn’t notified of) I gave her $60 expecting to get $10 back. She said I only have 2/$5s. I said that’s okay. Then she’s looking at me like I can’t do that. Why? Bc I don’t have change for a $20. This girl could not understand she needed $50 I gave her $60, 60-50=$10 🤦🏻♀️
there was hair in the shower - that made it look like it wasn’t cleaned. 😬

The lobby and hallways were very warm and muggy.
Easy to find and comfortable rooms. They were updating the hotel, which will be nice because it is kind of run down.
Not a lot of staff so when we tried to check in it was a long wait.
Breakfast was horrible! The eggs were crunchy and the waffle maker kept sticking and breaking the waffle even after being sprayed.
Prior to staying I called to confirm my reservation and the staff could not find my reservation. I had to go down to the actual location before they were able to confirm my reservation. Roll-away bed brought into room had dirty sheets with no mattress pad. Was gross. Housekeeping did come in and took care of it. Should have been taken care of when removed from previous room it was in.
