Breakfast was horrible! The eggs were crunchy and the waffle maker kept sticking and breaking the waffle even after being sprayed.

Prior to staying I called to confirm my reservation and the staff could not find my reservation. I had to go down to the actual location before they were able to confirm my reservation. Liked room.

Cons:

Roll-away bed brought into room had dirty sheets with no mattress pad. Was gross. Housekeeping did come in and took care of it. Should have been taken care of when removed from previous room it was in.

I would stay again because of it's location only.
Pros:

The location was very good. The room was nice. The pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't (jets didn't work).

Cons:

I did not care for the breakfast and the staff was not very helpful

Disappointing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, carpet was new, room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

It was hard to get to the building because the parking lot entrance was on a side street. The TV had no signal, the stopper in the sink was not connected so it wouldn’t operate properly, and the keypad on the closest door to our room didn’t work (it would have been nice if we were told about it when checking in). I was able to fix the tv after the staff tried, we were able to manipulate the sink stopper by hand, and we were able to walk the full length of the building to enter the main door after unloading our luggage, but after 11 hours on the road these inconveniences were very disappointing. We are elderly, so all these things made it difficult for us. One more thing, the microwave and waffle maker were broken in the breakfast area. 🙁

A few little things to fix up but it’s a nice friendly hotel.
Pros:

Love the ease of finding it. Easy access to gas, good, interstate. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not sure what the smell us. Almost like sprayed aftershave thru out the hotel. Carpet needs replacing and bathrooms needs scrubbing and maybe new grouting in the showers. Breakfast could be better.
