Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Clean and comfy. Operational and service need some improvement.
Pros:

I like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like some of the operation of the hotel. A simple thing eg: mineral water. They only provide a small bottle of mineral water for us. When we asked for more, they told us that we are supposed to pay extra for it.

They should also provide umbrellas for customers to use in case of rainy days.

現地の歴史ある建物で快適に宿泊出来ました。
Pros:

建物の雰囲気、スタッフサービスどれも非常に良かったです。　広くはないけれどroof top gardenで心地良い風を感じました。

Cons:

非常にワガママなのですが、もう少しStadthuysに近ければ。。とは感じました。　ヒーレン通りは静かな通りで、人通りもそれほど多くないので夜はちょっと気になりました（舗道が整備されてないので夜道は足許が危険！）。
エレベーターは無くすべて階段使用ですので注意が必要でしょう。
またヒーレン通りにはHereenと名の付くホテルが林立していますので気をつけてください。

Emplacement : proximité immédiate de jonker walk et autres sites (red square par exemple)
Gentillesse et amabilité du personnel
Disponibilité également : on devait partir à 8h le dernier jours et ils ont avancé le petit dej pour nous ♥️

Lovely stay overall.
Pros:

The hotel is a cozy boutique property with a great location. Facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Hotel in una vecchia casa con alcuni arredi tipici
Posizione ottima per visitare malacca a piedi anche se di notte c è stato abbastanza traffico
Camere e bagni grandi

Great heritage property with great staff!
Pros:

We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was excellent, quiet but close to everything.

Superbe hôtel style chinois tout en longueur richement décoré. Très agréable grande chambre bien agencée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter à pieds le centre historique. Petit déjeuner confortable.
