They overbooked me...
Pros:

They overbooked the hotel so they transferred me to Amaia Hotel, which was very nice. I would recommend going there instead, however the breakfast was pretty bad.

Pros:

모든것이 최악이었습니다
에어컨 배수 고장으로 방안에 물이 떨어졌음에도 직원들은 해결하지 않았습니다
쥐가 많아 밤새 시끄럽고 두려움에 떨어야 합니다
방안에는 냉장고ㆍ세면용품도 없고 불편합니다
내부 편의 시설도 없고ᆢ 음
다시 가고 싶지는 않은 숙박시설입니다

Simple hotel
Pros:

We just stayed at Hart Hotel for one night as a stop over on the way to next place. It's a cheap hotel so you can't expect too much. Friendly and helpful staff but boring neighborhood.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, pas d'Internet dans les chambres mais à l'accueil. Le personnel est sympathique même si il parle peu d'anglais, on arrive à se comprendre. Le petit déjeuner est style indonésien mais on peut facilement avoir une omelette et des toasts. Le plus la fontaine eau qui est bien fraîche. Hotel proche de Mataram mall, de jolis temples aux alentours et beaucoup de petits restaurants

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms that we got had a moldy smell just like an old basement, the room is so dusty and the TV was not working.

Great for short stay
Pros:

The bed & pillows were comfortable. The hotel is clean. The toilet is very clean with hot showers that works. Great for short stay. Basic & complete. Location is too dim at night.
