Location amazing but room very very tiny. Was very disappointed and felt ripped off
The room, the bed the room layout, the air con kept turning off so room got hot every hour, there is no fan in bathroom that sucks Tempe steam so becomes very steamy hard to see in shower, tiles very slippery in bathroom, the tv was hard to work only got normal tv, radio Bluetooth cut out non stop, could hear neighbour in room next door snoring, walking around. Window too small,view of car park only windows can’t open at all. AT 9 am A CLEANER LET HERSELF INTO MY ROOM TO CHANGE OVER AND WALKED IN KITCHENETTE JUST AS I WAS GETTING OUT OF SHOWER. 2 hours before check out.
The location is very central, a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The king's bed was two singles vipped together and was the only letdown

Not in a very good city
Local was great,. quiet complex..
My Wife and I had a great experience here that was better than expected. Firstly, price was good, secondly, we were upgraded to a balcony room, and thirdly the staff were amazing. Check in was easy, gated premises to keep my car was cheap ($10 for the night) and the room was immaculate. Good work to the staff who look after QUEST ROCKINGHAM.
My Wife has already booked another stay as it was that good and the amenities are amazing too.

Wonderful stay, clean apartment and great value for the stay. Had a great time enjoying the apartment and the breeze tha came of the ocean. Close to restaurants and amenities.
We got the "feels like home" vibe immediately upon entering the foyer. We were greeted with a smile by a lovely lady at reception who was outrageously helpful, although we did not have a reservation.
We had booked for three days elsewhere in Rockingham prior to our trip, turned out to be a poor decision on our part and left the "accommodation" as soon as physicaly possible.
From the foyer of Quest to our room it was apparent the building was meticulously maintained and well organised. Once in our room, the vibe became personified. The attention to cleanliness and detail was more than one could ever hope to expect, off the chart. We don't travel to WA to visit family often but next time we do, we will be staying here regardless as no other option will be considered.
Thankyou to ALL of the conscientious, genuine, professional management and staff for the service you provided and no doubt will continue to do so, our appreciation is endless.
This stay really surprised us, we booked a one bedroom apartment last minute for 5 nights. The apartment had everything we needed, daily housekeeping, enough cooking utensils ect, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge and even a Nespresso machine. Minimum levels of everything replenished daily. Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean room. Walking distance to beach and eateries.
Our only feedback was the inconsistency in housekeeping, some days they didn’t replace all towels/handtowels even though they were out on the floor.
But overall this was an excellent stay and reception staff were very helpful.
