Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very well located, excellent service.
Breakfast, a la carte is excellent too.
We had forgotten a swimsuit in the room, we contacted them, and they were kind enough to send it to us to Siem Reap where we were staying for several days.
I will return without any hesitation

Nice oasis type gardens which were well screened from road. Choice of two pools areas

Cons:

Breakfast was made and served to order. Service was slow at times. Couldn't even help yourself too coffee or tea. I realise that there isn't the space for a proper help yourself buffet breakfast but needs more thought.

Le cadre, les jardins sont très beaux.
La chambre avec piscine est magnifique. Plein de détails utiles, anti moustique, prise anti moustique, peignoir, eau.....
Le personnel est très aimable, aux petits soins.
Très bons petits déjeuners.
Le restaurant est bon aussi
Situé près du Palais Royal, on peut y aller à pied
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Magnifique hotel.. c est un havre de paix au centre d une ville en effervescence.a deux pas du palais royal et de tout.. les 2 piscines trop belles, la chambre immense avec jardin privee. Le petit dej exellent et le personnel tres agreable. Nous avions l avion a 20h, ils nous ont garde les bagages et on a pu profiter de la piscine et se doucher.. vraiment superbe sejour

An oasis in the heart of the city and a great place to relax by the pool and unwind.
Pros:

The rooms are really spacious and the grounds of the hotel are an oasis in the heart of the city. Second time I’ve stayed here (15 years apart) and it was as wonderful as I remembered.

Très bel hôtel bien situé et bonne table
Pros:

La situation à côté du palais royal, la restauration, le pdj à la carte et le service

Cons:

L’heure trop tardive du petit déjeuner. Ceux qui doivent prendre un bus entre 7h et 8h au centre ville ne peuvent le prendre ! Le mettre à 6h30 serait plus judicieux.
Le massage n est pas à la hauteur de l hotel : cadre pas fun et massage trop hard .(surtout le dos !)

In diesem wunderschönen Hotel befindet man sich mitten in der Stadt in einer anderen Welt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral unweit der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die liebevoll gestaltete Anlage mit tropischem Garten und im charmanten Kolonialstil verfügt über zwei unterschiedlich temperierte Swimmingpools. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück im Restaurant am Pool mit Blick auf die schöne Hauptvilla, die einst die Residenz einer Königin war. Die Zimmer sind auf verschiedene Gebäude verteilt, einige haben eine eigene Terrasse, andere Poolblick. Das Personal ist freundlich, versiert und absolut professionell.

Cons:

Die Möblierung der Zimmer sollte mal erneuert werden. Langsam macht sich der Zahn der Zeit bemerkbar. Einige Zimmer wirken etwas dunkel.

Hôtel authentique et confortable avec une équipe bienveillante.
Pros:

À 10mn de marche du Palais Royal, hôtel authentique, confortable dans un beau jardin au calme . Personnel très accueillant et qui toujours prêt à rendre service pour satisfaire les clients.
