relaxing sanctury great location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Pavilion Hotel. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of the city. The restaurant staff each morning at breakfast were so lovely and welcoming, and Mey always made us feel especially looked after. The reception staff in the afternoons were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a beautiful massage during our visit, which added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special — we would definitely return.

Won’t be returning – overpriced and underwhelming
Cons:

We did a check in check out same day to change rooms, they made us wait until check in time, by the book, not considering we spent 5 days with them. Rooms are dated. Food not great.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The whole place is very clean and well maintained, with a really relaxing atmosphere.

There are two pools to choose from. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options..

Pros:

The location is fantastic close enough to walk to the Royal Palace, but quiet as well. The lush pool was the best pool we had in SE Asia. Shaded and cool which is perfect after a hot day of sight seeing. Truly and oasis.

Pros:

The building itself. The pool areas. Proximity to Langka Lane.

Cons:

The room and bathroom felt dated.
We had an early flight so couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel before leaving. The takeaway breakfast was really poor quality compared with the ones we’d been given in other hotels.

Beautiful Hotel Excellent Staff

Beautiful, serene, colonial era hotel in a very convenient location. Both pools are beautiful and the restaurant and food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was well appointed and very restful. Perfect.
