Pros:

워치 식사 좋았습니다. 주변에 괜찮은 식당들 많고 대우호텔 로텔 호텔 가깝습니다. 걸어서 10분

Cons:

호텔급에 비해 로비가 좀 답답해 보였는데 아마 1.5층에 바를 만들어서 그런 것 같아 보이고 그게 없자면 훨씬 첫인상이 좋을 것 같습니다.

Dirty, old and no soap - I wouldn’t go back

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located slightly outside the center of Hanoi. The hotel was clean, offered excellent service, and was easily accessible. I enjoyed the breakfast, which catered well to my vegetarian diet. On the second day, the staff thoughtfully added more vegetarian options, which I greatly appreciated. My room was spacious, much larger than those typically found in central Hanoi, and could comfortably accommodate two people. The location was also convenient, with Japanese and local restaurants nearby, as well as a Lotte Mall within walking distance. Although the hotel was a bit far from the city center, the Grab app made traveling quick and easy. Staying away from the busy center for the first few days in Hanoi was a great decision, as it allowed me to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere in a spacious room. The staff were attentive and accommodating, even providing an extra blanket when I mentioned being cold. My room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided regularly. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again over staying in the crowded city center. Highly recommended!

室内にいる場合でも、スタッフが勝手に入ってくるケースがあった。朝食会場は客室数の割に狭く種類も少ない。周辺の同等ホテルに比べて味も劣る。朝一番に朝食会場に行っても食べかけの様な食材が並ぶ。何がオーダーできるのか外国人にわかる様に明確にすべきだ。洗濯物の無料サービスは非常に良い。良いところと悪い所が共存するので総合評価は難しいものがある。
