Kutamara Hotel

Séjour bien, manque petit frigo dans la chambre ,pdj moyen manque juste de fruit ,le personnel aimable et a votre service ,séjour dans l'ensemble correct

Electricity was not working in the first hour after arrival, the water was thin and the bathroom need to be renewed, hotel staff was nice, also the breakfast very good!

We spent five days in Kutamara hotel and the location was central. The hotel had good breakfast menu and the staff was very polite. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a turn down service every day. A beautiful pool is inside the hotel and small pool for kids. There is a small restaurant in the hotel but many local and interantional cuisine restaurants around the venue. The shuttle to the airport was 70000IDR each. We enjoyed our stay in Kutamara and recommend to all.

breakfast was nice but not too much to choose from. I prefer better conditions and cleaner. The pool is great.

Surprisingly good breakfast. The room is very basic. But the bathrooms are rusty and toilets in poor condition. The most disappointing is the reception staff who refuse to assist in getting a taxi other than the ones offered by the hotel (PS: just download the BlueBird group app to avoid the touts)

Pros:
-Good location. Along the main street.

Cons:
-Wasn't very clean. Only one rubbish bin in the bathroom.
-Not well maintained. Soap dispenser wasn't working properly. Rusty shower and taps.
-Power outlets were only available in the bathroom. Ones near the bed were too deep for travel adapters.

Awesome spot in Kuta Lombok. We stayed in one of the Bungalows and weren’t disappointed. The pool area is lovely, staff were great, room was very clean, bed extremely comfy, and the location is perfect for beach and town action. Highly recommend.

We had a bungalow room which was quite spacious. AC worked fine and WiFi was strong although spotty and kept having to log in. There was hot water in the large shower. The breakfast was also good based on a selection of 5 items.
Downside: Towels supplied were beach towels and weren't replaced unless requested. There was also noise from the nearby bar that lasted till the early hours. But I doubt there is a hotel in Kuta out of range of bar noise as it seems a party town.

Nice bungalows, nice location close to the center. The only problem we had was the electricity. It got on and off all the time and all of our chargers got broken, don’t know if it is like this in general in Lombok or why. Otherwise a really great hotel!

Outside looks better than inside, the swimming pool nice, the room pretty simple, old style but clean, toilet include shampoo,shower gel and hot water, breakfast was ok too.

Pretty nice and good hotel, nothing really to complain about.. U get what u get for the price.. IF u wanna sleep before 1am!? then this is not ur hotel.. Loud loud music echos in the room!! some party place just F this place up....:(

Hotel is in a very good condition. Loved the garden area with the pool. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Our air conditioning was not working properly, but we somehow managed without it. The breakfast service was extremely slow, the girl in front desk on the other hand extremely kind and nice!

A la llegada fue muy desagradable , nos dieron una pieza donde el aire no funcionaba, la cambiaron . Pedimos para la segunda pieza con una cama adicional de acuerdo con la reserva. Era un colchon puesto en el suelo. Exijimos una cama . Nos comunicaron con el manager quien fue descortés . Nos indico que les reclamaramos a Uds. Despues de mucho discutir nos dieron otra pieza gratis con un cama

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Hotelanlage ist klein und übersichtlich und schön gestaltet. Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Zentrums, Restaurants und Bars gleich nebenan. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten Fussmarsch. Während der Hochsaison kann es in der Nacht durch die Bars nebenan laut werden (Live-Bands, DJ`s...),

Stayed for 2 nights, nice and calm hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, and a big nice pool.

Most importantly, the staff was so friendly and helpful! Me and my friend had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again!
