Far, but pleasant stay
Pros:

+ price
+ clean, large room
+ comfortable bed
+ convenience store is within 2 minutes
+ bus station is nearby
+ I received a small goodbye gift from the male staff who also helped me with my luggage, thank you!
+ it included breakfast in price, but sadly it rained heavily during my stay, so I didn't have a motivation to wake up early

Cons:

- the acommodation is very far away from the bus terminal, so if you have a luggage, you will have to take a taxi or walk
- staff doesn't speak English

별로에요.
Pros:

세탁기를 사용할수 있어서 좋았으나 건조가 잘안됨.
조식포함 이라서 좋았으나 조식 안줌.

Cons:

예약할때 조식포함(06:30~09:30)으로 했는데 아침 6시반, 7시, 7시30분이 지나도 식당에 불은 꺼져있고 카운터에서 사람을 불러도 아무도 안나왔음.
식당 배식대엔 아무런 음식이 하나도 없음.

세탁기는 고장이 났는지 건조가 되지않아 두시간을 허비하고 결국 건조시키지 못함.

셀프 바가 있기는 하나 모두 돈 받음.

10월 12일 인데 밤에 추워 일어나 긴옷 긴바지 입고 잤음.

다시는 갈 생각 없음.

Good place that is clean
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the overall appearance of the building and room was very clean. This hotels caters to families and couples, for sure. The breakfast was popular and looked good, but I don't normally eat breakfast so I didn't try it.

Cons:

I wish I would have received the room I paid for. I paid up for a room with a hot tub, but there was no hot tub in the room. The staff said they were sold out, so I'm not sure why I was still charged for it. Unfortunately this is common in Korea to claim rooms have "hot tubs" when they merely have a tub and, maybe, hot water. I wish booking.com would take this more seriously.

Pros:

The bus terminal was within walking distance, and the parking lot was very spacious, so parking was easy and stress-free. There’s a pharmacy right next door, and it’s also close to Jukdo Market and a large supermarket.

The breakfast was excellent, offering Korean dishes, salads, and bread. There’s also a small convenience store where you can buy beer, snacks, and ice cream.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They explained in detail how and when to visit the nearby tourist attractions.

The room was very clean, the housekeeping was excellent, and there was no noise, so I had a comfortable stay.

雰囲気は置いといてビジネス的コストをおさえるなら。
Pros:

駐車場がホテル前で広くて良かった。
場所も幹線道路入ってすぐでわかりやすい。
空調の匂いが気になるので清掃して欲しい。
テレビ、空調リモコンか使いづらい。

Cons:

安かったが、海岸から入り込み市場レストランまで遠かった。
