A damage deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival. It will be charged to your credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via credit card once the accommodations has been inspected.

Great hotel with 4 different towers for accommodation, lovely room and balcony, great pool loads of places to sun bathe with plenty of sun beds, a nice chill out area away from the pool with a jacuzzi and circular beds. Food lovely good variety for all meals, drinks good with machines for hot and cold to help yourself as well as the bar. Evening entertainment not so great but was something to have on in the background. Good location 5 min walk to the promenade and down the many steps on to the beach. Was a solo traveller and couldn’t have felt more comfortable, safe and relaxed would go back tomorrow ♥️ staff fab too.
Pool & jacuzzi closing at 6 pm & chill out area not open til 10.00am other than that zero

El personal muy amable y atentos. Habitaciones reformadas y muy limpias. Ubicación excelente. El buffet con mucha variedad. Animación y trato estupendo.

Juste l'emplacement. Vu la position côté Maspalomas et c'est la seule chose pour laquelle garde un prix de telle somme
Les lits sont un désastre et le confort est 0
Pour les lits doubles on pourrait au moins ajouter un topper pour pouvoir dormir sans le risque de se retrouver coincé dans le trou entre les deux matelas.
Quand on a allumé la clim est sortie toute la poussière la plus cachée dans la conduite avec plusieurs insectes. (Entretien 0)
L'équipement hotel ne mérite pas le prix payé!
