A damage deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival. It will be charged to your credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via credit card once the accommodations has been inspected.
The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021).

Lovely staff, very clean hotel with great food.

What an amazing hotel from the rooms to the staff and the food. Rooms very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and the food is amazing.. such a variety and constantly changing better than some 5stars we have stayed, fresh and delicious. Definitely would recommend.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was big and nice.
Bardzo dobre jedzenie - bardzo duży oraz smaczny wybór. Pomocna oraz uprzejma obsługa! Obiekt czysty. Lokalizacja hotelu super, wszędzie stosunkowo blisko.
Lokalizacja pokoju hotelowego, ogólny standard hotelu - pokój optymalny a łazienka skromna. Na miejscu w pokoju było kilka awarii, które zostały naprawione. Strefa wypoczynkowa oraz jakość leżaków bez szału.
* Large breakfast with plenty of options. The chef will also make fresh omelettes on request.
* The room is comfortably sized for a family of three.
* We booked a room with a partial sea view, which turned out to be on the top (fourth) floor. The sea was visible between the palm trees, and we also had a mountain view on the other side.
* The hotel offers a few activities, such as pool gym for adults and handicraft activities for kids.
* If you prefer a very quiet stay, it may be worth choosing a room on the second or third floor away from the area between buildings 2 and 3, where evening entertainment (karaoke) sometimes takes place. When walking around the resort we could also smell food from the kitchen during dinner hours. Our room in building 4 on the fourth floor was mostly quiet.
* The fourth floor can be quite windy. It would be helpful if the balcony door had a small hook to keep it open, and perhaps a small, fixed fold-out table on the balcony so two people could comfortably have drinks outside.
* The bathroom sink was somewhat clogged.
* The balcony door could use a small adjustment, as it doesn’t close completely tight. Because Maspalomas is quite windy, the door sometimes made a light knocking sound.
* The swimming pools were quite cold, including the kids’ pool.
* We booked rather late, so the nightly rate was on the higher side. The hotel is good overall and the room issues minor, but at that price we would have expected slightly more, especially warmer pools.
* Lastly, maybe it's common in many of these all-inclusive resorts, but I didn't like wearing this plastic wrist band so the restaurant knows which package we've purchased.
Estrema cortesia del personale, la pulizia della struttura, ottima qualità del cibo, e mi fermo qui perché altrimenti alzerete sicuramente i prezzi e io non potrei tornarci come vorrei.

As always in hotels in Spain the breakfast room is very crowdy and noisy in fact it is like driving in rush hour in traffic but anyway OK. You just eat your breakfast and rush away.
The hotel is circular and we get room on third floor and we have not sun at the balcony for 1 minutes all the day, in fact we can not you use the balcony and the temperature in January is just 15-20 degrees and over the night the room was cold, but we complained and we get new much better room but we have to pay 200 euro for it, but anyway it was worth it. The hotel building is circular and it is always little bit windy around it.
Virkelig dejlig oplevelse. Hotellet er flot og altid rent, med store rummelige værelser. Personalet var altid venlige, hjælpsomme og meget smilende. De var også altid klar med en joke eller to:) Især Joanna og Aliam var fantastiske til at underholde
Really nice Hotel. Always clean and with big rooms. The staff was very kind, helpfull, always smiling and joking. Especially Aliam and Joanna are bringing a good and funny atmosphere to the hotel. They were also in charge of a lot of games and fun activities. Super nice
Really sweet staff, room got cleaned everyday and breakfast was decent. Not anything to complain about. I would recommend!
Lovely hotel, amazing buffet, beautiful pool and facilities, lots of fun organised free activities throughout the day like yoga, aqua aerobic, games, even free cocktails. The staff is phenomenal, especially the team organising the activities. 100% recommend!!
Wonderful hotel and really friendly team.
My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Bonita hotel. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained and modern. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and were very impressed with the quality of food and beverage options. The entire team are friendly and professional and we never had to wait for a table . I would highly recommend the Playa Bonita.
Check in very quick, room great nice big bedroom area, bathroom ok, shower not the best but ok, tiny balcony with 2 chairs and only the air con storage as a table, great location for beach and restaurants etc, free aircon and safe which was great. Maids in every day changing towels, sheets once a week, sure they would change if requested as all staff were great. No trouble with sunbeds, lovely pool although didn’t use much as it was freezing, only b&b, loads of choice for breakfast, prefer Spanish bacon though not what was on offer, can hire towels for a deposit, would definitely stay again.
The staff is extremly nice and helpful and hard working. Good breakfast/dinner, great selection. Location close to the beach. The pool.
The rooms desperatly need improvment. It makes the room look dirty. The pool is not really heated but i guess it is great for summertime.
