Coffee machines, kettles, hairdryers, irons, toasters and fans are available to rent from reception.

A damage deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival. It will be charged to your credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via credit card once the accommodations has been inspected.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub war es in Ordnung und es liegt nicht weit weg vom Stand
Pros:

Die Poollandschaft und der Garten ist grosszügig und schön angelegt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Jeder kann etwas finden.

Cons:

Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Es wurde viel ausgebessert

Très déçu pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Le gros point positif est sans aucun doute la qualité et la variété des buffets, ainsi que la proximité de la mer, de la promenade et des boutiques.
Seuls l'accueil et le restaurant sont "modernes"
La piscine est parfaite également (si on fait abstraction du bruit de la 2x2 voies qui la longe !)
Les chambres ont été remises "au goût du jour"
Ces points apportent la moitié de la note.

Cons:

Les communs des bâtiments des chambres sont vraiment vieillissants.

Les finitions des salles de bains laissent à désirer.

Les serviettes de toilette de couleur (assez foncée en plus !) Dans un 4 étoiles, le linge BLANC est la norme.

Les tables, recouvertes de sets de table qui ne font l'objet d'aucun renouvellement entre chaque client ( ils sont simplement secoués !!!) Vous mangez derrière xxxxxxx personnes !!!! INADMISSIBLE

La chambre bénéficie d'un frigo, mais simplement "posé comme ça " sous une table/desserte.

Et le summum c'est d'avoir comme moi la chance d'avoir une chambre où il est impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes ni d'aller sur le balcon parce qu'on surplombe une 2x2 voies doublée d'une autoroute très bruyantes et circulantes de jour comme de nuit !!!

Certes, l'hôtel bénéficie d'un parking : MAIS sachez qu'il vous en coûtera 6 euros/jour !

Cet établissement n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Emplacement proche de la plage des restaurants et de plusieurs commerces est très appréciable
L'hôtel est très propre tant les chambres que l'exterieur

Cons:

L'hôtel met en avant un parking mais pendant notre séjour nous avons été obligé de nous garer dans les rues autour de L'hôtel car soit disant le parking de L'hôtel était complet cela n'est pas acceptable car il est assez difficile de trouver un place

Great place to stay! Only if the bed was a proper double bed it would have been perfect

Í heild var ég ánægð með dvölina og til í að dvelja þarna aftur.
Pros:

Morgunmaturinn var fjölbreyttur og nokkuð góður. Frábært að fá eggin nákvæmlega eins og maður vill fá þau. Herberbergið var mjög gott. Þrifin voru stórkostleg upp á 10+. Staðsetningin mjög góð, stutt á marga góða veitingastaði, matvöruvetslun og á ströndina.

Cons:

Yfirleitt alltaf það sama í morgunmatnum. Hefði vilja sultu með ostunum og crispi bacon en ekki gufusoðið. Svolítill hávaði frá barnum með skemmtiatriðin en sem betur fer var ég ekki svo nálægt honum. Yfirleitt var hætt að spila um kl 23.30 þannig að það var góður svefnfriður.

Reverted to what it was two years ago...
Pros:

Returned to the Playa Bonita after a two year gap due to bad experience with previous owners..Labranda. Delighted we visited as it has reverted to what it was before sale by Labranda. Staff, food, cleanliness and location all excellent. Nice chilled vibe around the hotel....by all nationalities visiting. Special thanks to Aridane, Lenora, Tito, Miguel, Alejandro and numerous other members of staff for making our stay so enjoyable. See you next year..ceteris paribus !!

Pros:

Personalas labai malonus ir draugiškas.
Labai skanus maistas. Pasirinkimas didelis, daug šviežių daržovių ir vaisių.
Kambariai ir visas viešbutis labai švarus.
Labai patogi vieta. Vandenynas vos kelios minutės pėsčiomis, šalia ilga promenada.
Lovos patogios.
Baseinas didelis ir šildomas.
