Hotel was fine. Stains all over the pillows, sheets, and towels. But comfy and nice people.
Guests were having sex in the pool on multiple nights, and once in font of my 6 year old and i. I notified management and they still haven't taken care of it or contacted me to make things right.
Great place, I stayed here for two weeks because my husband is in the hospital in Springfield. This is very convenient and closer to the hospital he is at.
The hot breakfast was not as good as usual. It was cold most mornings and the sausage was not cooked

Walked into a dim room, sconce on wall was just a light bulb. Happy to send pic if needed.
It looks fancy on the outside and that they do complementary breakfast.
Inside room I noticed a sticker which I read that's on the sink mirror before you walk into bathroom and it said that they don't wash towels nor bed sheets until every 3 days to reserve water and as guest can request more sheets and towels but who's to say that's those won't be as the same as the other ones in the room and I didn't feel comfortable with that because I don't know how long my sheets and towels been sitting there. Like maybe someone could of been staying in my room before me. Also I noticed that some of the staff don't wear gloves when refilling the muffins at the breakfast area and when it was time for bed I seen a tick on my the left bed on pillow closer to the small dresser so I grabbed it and killed it in the sink and next morning we all woke up with bite's in our legs etc.
All the employees are nice, my room was clean and large. They came in every day to make the bed and give fresh towels. I missed this luxury while traveling. So thank you for bringing this back!!!
The hotel itself was very hot. (Lobby, halls, elevator)
My room wasn't hot because I could control the temperature there. I'm sure as the weather gets warmer they'll turn the air conditioner on.
This was our 3rd stay, they allow our fur babies and it’s clean. It doesn’t smell like animal. There’s a pool, hot tub and breakfast.

The breakfast 7s alwsys cold and not a great variety in comparison with others in the area. It was something biting (insect) me at night while sleeping.
Nothing, everything was just perfect.
Are your rooms had a chemical smell, (room 1 ) lights didn’t work by the bed ( room 2 ) the hot tub had broken way like it had sunken are settling. Someone had taken are kids snack that was left on the the front counter.
